It was VERY clean. The floors were quiet and private. Over all a very nice visit.

Their breakfast was good but they could have had some more options.

Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and the train station to NYC

Changed our room assignment. We went from a two queen bed room to a one king bed room with 4 people in it.

location is convenient. Rooms are vey quiet despite being close to the highway. Our room was on the end closest to Rt 84 and we barely heard anything.

there are no queen sized beds available in the entire hotel. the heat in the room really dried the air out. We were only there to sleep and really felt it.

no coffee in the AM except luke warm decaf(but I may have just been there at exact wrong time!)

clean room, simple and easily customized a/c unit. 24 hour coffee in lobby. Pleasant desk staff.

Nice clean and comfortable room. Unlike some hotels, I like the fact that I could dial in the temperature and fan controls exactly to my liking. I like the breakfast, complimentary coffee in the lobby and friendly staff.

The breakfast was good.

Arrived at 11:PM. Bed sheet in first room had a brown spot. They moved us. Bed sheet in second room had a large yellow spot. Moved us again. Third room had 2 double beds, not queen. Not faulting desk clerk. He was embarrassed. I blame the maids.

The hotel was so clean, food was good , friendly staff , great beds

Curtains had clips on them to hold up so a bit difficult to operate to close them fir the night .. some spots on ceiling in bathroom but we enjoyed it there as it was very comfortable

Location and the staff were very pleasant. The morning breakfast was done very well. The selection was varied and very clean.

The lobby and hallways always smell good and look clean. Staff is very attentive.

A little outdated. Bathroom smelled like mold, sheets smelled old and ac vent is old made my sinuses stuffy.

Well located, comfortable bed.

Room was damp and musty. A probable leak left carpet next to the bed wet. Calls to the staff avoid the problem were not answered.

Location, pool, breakfast (except for oranges) coffee

The price was significantly higher than our last visit, but the condition was not much improved. Hallway carpets were still dirty and stained. Shower walls were cracked. Temperature was hard to control. Beds were ok, but not great.

That other hotels to stay at were nearby. The nasty carpets in the hallway looked like a artistic impressionist painting.

The room smelled like nasty sweaty socks that were reborn as a hampton inn. After switching rooms I found my sweaty socks stepchild. Carpets and furniture in hallway and room were so gross. This place needs to be demolished blown up then set on fire.

Location just off the highway. All the amenities needed were in the room. A good breakfast variety.

Hallway carpets were stained and need to be replaced. Gave me a bad impression when coming off the elevator.

Nice Bathroom.

The hotel is in poorly marked construction zone. Property was built in late 1970s with a thin veneer of 2020. Noisy air conditioner did not control humidity and kept me up at night. The evening front desk staff was sketchy. Noise neighbors.

Nicely appointed rooms with comfy beds. Decent breakfast room offerings. Super friendly and efficient front desk staff.

Impeccable customer service

It is hidden behind a run down hotel that is being renovated! The front is an eye sore.
