Hampton Inn East Aurora

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I had driven 3 hours and was going to a wedding. They gave me an early check-in so that I could get ready. They also gave me a late checkout the next morning.

It was so clean and close to the venue we were visiting, it was so nice to come back to after a very long day/night. Staff was friendly, the area is very charming and overall was a pleasant experience.

no slam toilet seats and low boy toilets and no drawer between the beds

The hotel is new and clearly communicated they appreciated our patience as the rooms were not fully complete. There was an issue with the refrigerator not working and Tina from the front desk helped by getting a functioning refrigerator.

One of the staff was extremely nice & made copies for me since the Business Center was closed due to COVID.

There were guests in the lobby drinking alcohol & not wearing masks on our arrival.

Hotel didn't have tea. My husband and I don't drink coffee. No milk either.

This is the 4th time I stayed at this hotel in a span of 9 years. I'm always very impressed with the cleanliness,and not just in the rooms It's great to walk down the hall, into an elevator and down into the lobby without the linger of offensive smells!

The cleanliness was tremendous, THANK YOU! Coffee was excellent. Fitness room was just right. The cleaning staff was friendly and did beautiful work.

Nice staff and the lobby and breakfast are great

Our room was extremely noisy. Not much sound proofing. Also the chlorine smell from the pool was very strong, even on the 3rd floor.

Staff assistance, cleanliness and just over all feeling of relaxation when there. The breakfast was great, and the pool was wonderful along with the gym.

You have no complaints from me at all, I've stayed there before and I'll just continue to stay there again on business and leisure travel

Back parking lot was very dark

Room was plenty large enough for a family of four. Very clean. Nice pool, and warm enough to jump right in. Breakfast was very good too, with enough options to keep everyone happy.

Just a little out of the way, but not many hotels in the area

I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking to get away for the weekend or the week close to everything but on it own quite street. Staff was the best I have ever come in contact with before. This was a great stay will be doing it Agian.
