The room was spacious, clean and had a great view of the lake!

We were very pleased with the service and the food in the restaurant.

We waited 30 minutes to check in. No attempt was made to make it right. We got an I'm sorry and a bunch of excuses.

This is an old school motel. We love the charm and the outside bar and Restaurant. They even had music on Friday night and volleyball teams on Thursday

If you are looking for a luxury hotel this is not it. This is an old school motel with lots of charm.

People and staff pretty nice.

Cleanliness of room. Men's outside bathroom was VERY DIRTY. Appears not detailed cleaned in weeks. Doors,urinal,etc...SMELLY!!

The room was clean and very cutely decorated. The AC worked well. It’s obvious that the rooms are very well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have the coffee pot and fridge for use. We were really happy with everything and the staff here was wonderful!

No breakfast was included.

The fact that there was no parking reserved for guests was extremely frustrating. Especially since two restaurants are attached to the motel. In fact, we had to park a good distance down the road and bring our suitcases from that distance.

Beautiful location. Delicious food and local bar. We're able to fish early morning from the dock. Recommend for sure

Perfect location- right on the lake! Room is very comfortable. Bar and restaurant both very nice. Close to Letchworth state park

We LOVED the location, especially the view. Having onsight restaurant/bar is always a plus. It was a great base for our travels and exploration of the region.

The bed was so high I needed assistance getting in and out but we have found that high beds are the norm in today's hotels. The shower was a bit small but got the job done. A soft chair (all that was provided was 3 dining type chairs) would have been nice but I took the chair from outside our room and put pillows in it to make it comfortable. I realize these things were in mostly due to limitations on my part and would definitely stay here again.

From the pics of the place I expected to be able to actually sit outside from my room and view the lake.. Could of been my mistake. No creamer for my coffee

Very cozy room and clean. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the live music at the tiki bar was fantastic, would definitely come back.

There is a nice restaurant on the property which was very enjoyable. And a great view of the lake.

The matress was a little uneven, but still I slept well.

The only things I liked was the ability to sit out by the water and the view of the lake from my room. But not worth $135 with tax included $150 a night.

There was no breakfast or food offered. The restaurant was closed, which they did tell me ahead of time. But for the price of the room there could of at least been some kind of breakfast offered. No mention of how to check in or any signs. I had to call from my vehicle to get a key. There should also be information on the website about the hotel being right next to the main road. If I would have known all this beforehand I probably wouldn't have stayed. Room could of been cleaner as well. A lot of cobwebs and so much dirt and grime under bed and in corners. Could use a good spring cleaning.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere and Chris the bartender was very welcoming and focused on ensuring guests were well attended to

The lake front was nice. The bar & grill on property was convenient. We watched some volleyball games while eating dinner. That was enjoyable & relaxing.

The lightbulb in the only lamp was blown. One recessed light (out of three) was out above the kitchenette. The shower curtain needed to be washed. The mattress was old - definitely had a dip in the center. Replacement would probably be a good decision.

Room was musty. Hair in bathroom shower. Sheets were very worn out. They give you a small amount of coffee but no creamer and one coffee filter 10x the size of the coffee machine. Fridge had ring stains. Just overall gross.

parking issues, whatever they clean with leaves an oily residue on everything that makes it feel dirty, nats around outside eating area are terrible they need to spray for them. Don’t plan on going to bed till the bar closes it is very noisy in the room.
