Very nice and clean, very friendly and competent staff

Nothing, it was all good!

The room that I booked is not the room that I got upon arrival we were also across front the elevator and heard it during the night. In my booking we were going to have a microwave. When I went to the front desk and asked, I would be charged for it

Slpacious and quiet.

Spider webs in room on first floor around our window and where the wall meets ceiling. Those ceilings are high so they may not reach to clean consistently.

A small lounge bar and an in house kitchen with a menu were unexpected but welcomed and the food and drinks were actually decent. Nice indoor pool, workout room and being pet friendly, all combined to make this the best hampton inn ive ever stayed at.

Unfortunately, the pool was not useable as the air temperature and water temperature was way too cold. And this was the reason we stayed at the hotel. We live locally and wanted to have a little staycation.

The free breakfast was great. They offered hot food as well as muffins and cereal.

There were bugs in my room. I had room next to elevator. Elevator was VERY loud and kept waking me up all night, everyone with room by elevator was complaining

The location of this hotel is great, just outside of the main street of Cazenovia, NY. It was quiet and clean and staff were very helpful as needed.

Not a fan of the continental breakfast. Also, for the mornings the coffee was not in the breakfast area but in the lobby away from the food and seating. The pool water was also quite cool for this time of year so swimming was minimal for me.

What I liked best about this hotel was the staff and the service they provided. We had a big family Easter party and the front dest women was the best .She made us feel so special .Then the front dest make on sat April 16 gave us the same royal treatment

Personnel welcoming and professional. Breakfast was wonderful. Great selection. Hot was hot and cold was cold. Kudos!

It took me a bit to find cups and ice bucket?

This was my second visit to this hotel. I had my daughter and her 3 children with me this time. I like the location. The room was very nice and the pool was fun for the children. The breakfast was good.

I asked that our room be cleaned. That did not happen until after the second time that I asked. We had to go down to the registration desk multiple times for towels, toilet paper, and blanket. There was minimal food for breakfast on Monday.

The staff was fantastic, friendly, helpful.The rooms were spacious and clean ..Pool was clean and had plenty of towels

I think the bathroom could be cleaner. The corners were dusty and had hair clumped up in them. Even if everything is cleaned good seeing that makes me feel like nothing is clean.

This was a great hotel. Staff very friendly, good value for the price. The breakfast is superb. I could get tea and coffee all day.

Bran new, super clean, hot breakfast.

Temperature in room hard to regulate and windows do not open.
