Staff is very friendly and helpful. Although the room was pretty clean, there was quite a large, hairy furball on the floor. Yuck. Otherwise, all was great! This was our second stay & I would stay again!

Location was good for our reason to be in Syracuse. The front desk staff overall was very friendly and helpful. They apologized for the NOISE and said it's being worked on as it is a typical complaint. I wish we knew that before we made the reservation.

The noise level was ridiculous! We were on the 3rd floor - sandwiched in between loud noise above and below us for 4 nights. We got very little sleep. It was very frustrating! The gym definitely needs cleaning and hand sanitizer should be offered .

The weekend staff couldn't understand how to put my extend stay in. I told them I would be back at end of day. To my suprise, they took and unopened bottle of wine and put my suitcase and other stuff in the back room. Then the breakfast area was a mess.

To many staff hanging out by front dest, TRU is great, staff has suffered.

Your staff is relaxed, but extremely efficient and professional. A very inviting feeling for a traveler. We will back.

Clean each and every time. Can count on staff and rooms. It is truly amazing how the breakfast is. If you have an issue they jump at addressing it. Perfect for short visits and business trips.

Rooms were over booked. Drove 3 1/2 hours to be told no rooms available when I arrived at midnight. Luckily, a room under maintenance was offered to us. We accepted due to an event we had to attend at 7am

When I arrived in my room there were 2 coats hanging up and a candy bar on the desk. Later that evening when I went to put a beverage in my fridge , I discovered a bag of leftovers from Moes .

I had the access room. There was a lovely large window in our room covered by an electric shade that was broken for the entire 3 night stay even though I requested maintenance every day I was there. The shade was broken when we arrived.

we were not told one had to request housekeeping at check in. Bed wasn't made, trash baskets were full and no clean towels. Front desk brought towels and asked us to put trash out side of our door.

Great experience at this hotel from check in (very helpful and welcoming), to the two rooms being very clean and well taken care of. Location is convenient and parking is easy.

The hotel was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Every move the people above me made was heard loud and clear. Not sure if there were kids but things were being pushed and pulled for most of the night. Didn’t get much sleep at all
