No microwave or fridge in the rooms. With checking in and checking out there was nobody at the desk. Had to call out several times to check in. Had to just leave cards at the desk to check out as nobody was there.

The grounds were excellent. Love the shops on property.

Room set up. Had problem with the air comfort. They issues and changed my room after was settled in. Rooms should be checked prior. The TV service was terrible, couldn?t even get local cable stations.

Never stayed in a hotel that had neither a microwave or a refrigerator in the room.

Gorgeous grounds, beautiful high ceilings in the room. Great location. Very courteous staff. Snacks and waters at the hotel reasonably priced. Plush pillows, clean soft sheets.

No refrigerator in the room.

Wide hallways w/wall art & flowers make hotel feel high-end. Room was large & the decor unique. The bathtub was exceptional: deep w/molded arm & head rests. The bed linens were best I¿ve slept on in any hotel. Reliable Internet. Keurig coffee in lobby.

Hotel didn¿t have hot water 1 night; it wasn¿t restored until following morn. Not all hotel doors accessible from outside. Low-quality in-room coffee; no tea offered. Soap shampoo conditioner & lotion provided, but any other toiletries must be purchased

This was the nicest place i stay in for a long time, the staff the room the on side fine dining was all top shelf, will stay again, would even find a reason just to go back.

The only thing i would have liked to have in the room would have been a usb charging station in a power outlet, i understand the place was built before we even had televisions but the lobby didnt have any charging devices in the lobby. Plenty of outlets

No refrigerator or microwave, plus all the outlets were occupied by lamps and clock no place to plug in phone without unplugging something else. I had to check out at 6:15am and no staff came to the desk.

No breakfast and no refrigerator For the price paid it was nice but could have used some of these extras.

I did I had an unfortunate event that happens when I was there I had to go the hospital and I had a piece of medal in my foot. i didn't get back to the room till 4am I asked if there was anything they could do to help me supervisor said no

big tub big room

bed made me itchy. not enough seeting. sink was clogged and toilet was slow.

The hotel is beautiful. A perfect place for a wedding.

The room would have been more accommodating if there was a small table with 2 chairs. A mini refrigerator would have been helpful. I suggest that you take the coffee pot out of the closet.

Bar was lovely but they should offer nuts or food Had to go to front desk to buy snacks

Beautiful location, very clean and well kept. Room was. Very spacious! Normal beds were comfortable.

Roll away cot was very uncomfortable. It was like laying on springs. Restaurant didn't open till lunch, and there wasn't not any kind of breakfast bars of any sort. We knew there wasn't any breakfast but I think that would elevate my ratings.

Beautiful setting, pretty common areas. Room comfortable with robes. Pool temperature was warm, easy to get into. Having on site restaurant is convenient.

Beds were too soft (old mattresses?) Pool water could have been clearer. Cold temperature in locker room.

The hotel is beautiful inside... very nice beds.. got a great resturant inside with brick oven pizza

There was white hair on the towels which made me upset even tho i liked the hotel

Staff realy cares about the guests requirements. Due to sad internet access in one room they just moved us into another one. Perfectly done. Thanks Hotel is organized for bigger weddings. This makes up a nice environment.
