WHEN IT WAS TIME TO LEAVE

The staff was unprofessional and had a problem we me extending my stay There was too much discussion with people that should know how long I stayed. A staff member was in my room My Do Not Disturb sign was off my door

Very clean, new, and friendly staff. Room had plenty of space.

Not enough desk space or bathroom shelf space. My wife had to put her stuff on the floor.

Room lacked any conveniences--tiny sink--no room to place toiletries--lighting insufficient to apply make up-- little closet space-no microwave in the room-.Sunday Breakfast almost gone at 10am-not replenished no napkins available.

Great place to stay while visiting the NYC area. In a nice and convenient neighborhood. Close to the freeway and subway conveniently located close. Staff was great. Hotel updated and clean. Reasonably priced and safe parking. Definitely would stay again.

The staff. Sales manager was very accommodating and very professional. She went above and beyond to provide great customer service.

First of all starting from outside no parking you got to pay for parking the stuff especially guy at first ,you get your room you go inside got your room spen the night the room was cool called downstairs for heat he turn up the heat was ¿¿ refrigerator

Neighborhood we needed. Bed was comfortable.

There was a sign posted that said Sat breakfast was til 11, yet it closed at 10. I gently complained and got an unsatisfactory response.
