Cramped room, dirty walls in shower, there’s is a literal trash heap outside our window, depressing- feels like a nursing home, no lamp in the room, no carpeting, creepy

dirty room and shower in the bathroom water goes allover the place slippery , bedding is dirty floor was really dirty , it was really disappointing to stay at this place

I did not like nothing about this hotel. It¿s dirty . Room very small and you can¿t even walk around the room. I paid for free breakfast there is no breakfast at all . This hotel is very bad waste of money if someone try to book this money

The hotel was very depressing -- far from subway, thin walls and loud guests, uncomfortable bed, bad odor coming from toilet, room not clean, TV broken (blurry screen), garbage overflowing in hallway trash can...

The staff is very nice

There was no microwave in our room and they don¿t offer breakfast

I paid with breakfast included and there was no breakfast. The rug was dirty all over the place

Hotel was so dirty from the bed sheets, to the bathroom. Bed had bugs on it. Bed had stains and dirt marks. Not even a half an hour goes by and I already checked out.

When I called the next day to get my money back for having such a horrible, disgusting, and disappointing experience. They refused to take responsibility of their negligence of unprofessionalism. Even having proof they denied my refund! Horrible hotel!!!!

1. Zero parking 2. Rooms on the first floor give you quite a bit of noise included with your rate. 3. This one is the kicker- I wouldn¿t have stayed the night had I know, but roaches on my toothbrush and in the bathroom when I woke up. Gross

The staff at this hotel were very good. Had a problem with the TV fixed it right away. Very helpful with information. Hotel was clean. You do have to walk down outside stairs to get to the lobby but there is a elevator if needed. McDonald's across street.

Had a two double bed room was a little tight and bathroom was small. It was about 1/2 mile walk to 2 different subway stations.

Advertised free breakfast. There was no breakfast just a cheap coffee machine. TV did not work. Extremely noisy all night.

Stupidest parking ever! You have to pull in next door and drive down the sidewalk to park and then get parked in and can¿t leave. Not very clean at all. Smelly, rude people at front desk. Wouldn¿t stay here again.

The staff could not care less. You enter the lobby by walking down fifteen steps to a room that feels like a basement and it had the whole time a musty odor or smell. The first night there was an alarm that went off all night in the hallway so no sleep

I think it's a junky hotel. The rooms are tiny, the internet didn't work properly, the staff was no caring, and no responsive,

In summary starting from the fact that booking was wrong the experience was horrible

I doubt that will use your service again. The fact that my daughter had to spend almost two hours late at night to get a room because a problem with the reservation being late at night was apalling

Blankets were dirty, as well as vent above town.. free breakfast was basic.

This hotel was perfectly fine for what it was and my purpose of finding an inexpensive place to sleep for 7 hours. But to call this a 3-star hotel is to demean every properly rated 3-star hotel. There was not a closet or place to hang clothes.

Hotel is not close to anything! Bad part of town and you have To go down flight of stairs to lobby to check in. They have a luggage elevator but Getting their attention is difficult. Do not stay here here - not worth the low price
