  • The room itself was great, as well as the housekeeping staff-very detail oriented and quick to respond.

Cons -

  • Lights weren?t working in the bathroom, WiFi was lagging
  • The main hotel staff (not housekeeping) treats guests as an annoyance. The hotel pool is a non-guest profit center, at the expense of staying guests. I've never seen anything like it. Credit card fraud, at pool, too. I could say much more.
  • The lighting in the elevators is terrible as are the elevators themselves. The rooms have few outlets, terrible lighting, and are over priced for the space
