- Everyone were nice, room was clean and warm. Location was close to Metro and allowed exploring NY to be easy.
- Convenient location and cheap price
- I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE
Cons -
- Shower flooded the whole bathroom if the water is on too long. Lots of nasty stains on the bed frame. No free breakfast, have to pay $15 per person for a small breakfast buffet while mainly consist of just cereal. Loud dog barked all night next door to us
- They stated that their was fresh fruit smoothies and that was not true. And also the parking is very expensive. And when you pay 44.15 for parking you have to stay on hotel grounds or they give your spot to someone else I think that not right
- I think this hotel is above a train station. I did not get one complete hour of sleep. The room is the size of a closet. The curtains are like mosquito nets. I woke up with bites. Shower had mold. not a 4 star hotel. Left after one night.
