I was pleased that the hotel offered free parking, and the checkout time was 12:00 instead of the normal 11:00.

It is directly next to the train, which is very loud when it passes. The room was also noticeably smaller, and the hotel explicitly did not allow other guests in the room.

Stink of smoke, staff walked into my room. Door did not have an inside door latch. Terrible. Plus the sheets were dirty and filled with cigarette burns.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed, it wasn’t worth the money. First room I got the lock was broken, looked like the door was kick in and I couldn’t get in. Second room I got there were dust and cigarettes ashes all over the room , room look like it wasn’t cleaned after the last person used it , the bed was made but the bedding was dirty had blood on the sheets. Toilet was broken, couldn’t flush properly, smells funny. I wanted my money back but it was not refundable once you booked. So I had to be uncomfortable for 2 nights. The mattress had a big sink in it, it was worn out. The bed spread had cigarettes burn in them. The window curtains are filthy with stains on it. I had to buy Lysol spray to all over the room and I had to clean things with paper towel. It was a nightmare. Don’t come here you’ll regret it .

The positives: this place is likely the cheapest you will find in the city, and it has free parking. The subway station is a short walk away, and check in and out was very simple.

Let me be clear, this place didn’t have bugs, strange odors or unwashed linens, but the floors were dirty, the bedsheets had burn holes in them, the curtains on the window were torn up, there were stains and graffiti on the walls, and there were cigarette butts on the floor under the bed. The beds and pillows are very hard, the walls are thin and guests are noisy. Getting to sleep was a bit difficult. The price does not match the product. I paid $225 for one night, 2 guests. I believe that what I got was closer to $50 in value, at maximum.Also, in the middle of the night, a woman outside was screaming for help. Which was kind of terrifying. Not the best neighborhood.

The place looks somewhat run down, the quality of the place seems like the walls or location has not been updated to the new era of this world. No breakfast. The staff is great but the amenities seem somewhat ghetto. I enjoy the location and the fact that it was available. Didn't like that I had to get my key scan to enter your room that you paid for a duration of time.

It’s clean !!! But other than that , it’s ah no no for US, We woke up with headaches which should have being a relaxing weekend for my wife birthday instead of a war zone !!!

The noise level was out of control , and the front desk staff refused to take things in hand , if I never called down stairs , I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY1

The thermostat was not working. The heating was horrible coming to stay there from surgery. The bed sheet had cigarettes butter burned linens and banging on the doors for people to come out of their rooms

Close to train, best price I could find in the area, front desk, place to park my car no extra charge

AC didn’t work, remote control didn’t work, second one only worked for channels, no place to hang clothes… minor for me, but you hear the train every 20-30 minutes

Only good thing about the trip was onsite parking. Parking in the back is tight so be mindful of others.

Rooms were not cleaned upon arrival had to switch to 3 different rooms.Staff is rude and unprofessional (overnight worker), whole place smells, had to take cleaning supplies and clean the 3rd room ourselves!

You made me pay for a very expensive motel that wasn't even clean and you don't want to give me my money back.

There is nothing to like about this property. It’s only good for quick rest when traveling.

The bed is not comfortable cigarette burn all over the linens’ on the floor ‘ on the table it’s everywhere.. my reservation was set for a non-smoking room.. The parking lot is very narrow You have to be very careful when parking your car in their parking lot.
