Phoenix Hotel Brooklyn Sunset Park

I only like the room cleaning. Other than that, it doesn?t make any sense for this kind of hotel to not parking lot and they mention it when you?re booking but you get there you can?t find a parking spot.

Another thing, there is no microwave in the room I needed one to warm up my food I couldn?t find any.

It was cozy, small but cozy, the beds were comfortable.

The neighbors were very loud, and were slamming their doors and yelling all night long.

Nothing at all.

This hotel was a complete disaster, DIRTY, stinky, and completely unkept. Smelled of smoke even though it was a ?smoke free?. The door didn?t lock. The bed wasn?t a queen size and again, all was dirty! Towels, walls, floor, bed sheets and curtains.

The hotel should be closed. Everything is old, dirty, the bed linen was not clean, there was a draft from the window, the a/c works slowly, there is no blanket in the winter!!!! Are you crazy???? We put on everything we had with us.Give me my money back

Rust on bath fixtured No microwawe or coffe pit on room. Was on 1Flr to share w others during flu season.

The hotel staff are excellent. This is the best part and perhaps the only one. Oh, the mattress is good too. I had soap and shampoo. But the hotel needs renovation. There is a senseless disregard for the physical structure of the environment.

The price does not do justice to what is offered. The photos do not match what is offered

No hotel is not suitable for clients

The room was dirty and not to standards. There were individuals in other rooms smoking when the policy doesn?t permit this action.

Many things were out of function including lights, the heater and the door key?

How it was close to a metro station about 7 minute walk. Convenience store close by for food.

Took over an hour for us to get checked in at midnight The sheets had stains and hairs, some paint chips and peeling. Towel racks are rusted.and we had to just walk around outside or sit and wait.

Cleaning, internet and there is not a restaurant.

Elevator did not work. No ice machine. Staff barely spoke English. Terrible!!!!

It was relatively cheap but uou get what you pay for which is next to nothing

I had to ask for soap. I was on the 5th floor and the elevator was out. There are also 2 sets of stairs with only 1 going to the main floor. It is NOT clearly marked

Facilites were a mess. The shower didn't work and they couldn't fix it, so none of us were able to shower during our stay. There was no shampoo provided so we couldn't even wash our hair in the sink. Bathroom door barely closed.

The elevator did not work and my room was on the 6th floor and room was hard to get into took over 30 minutes just to get in my room

The hotel had no soap or shampoo. I tried calling the service desk and said they were sending someone and they never came. We had plans for dinner and drinks with friends so we waited 15-20 mins and we didn?t have time to wait any further.

The area is well situated

The elevator was out of order, it seems it was not working for quit some time, one time we couldn?t find the exit one of the staff had to come up to help us out, by the way the bed size was not queen but full.
