    Pros +

    • Staff was awesome, rooms are large and clean, hotel is very secure.
    • Clean, good breakfast, willing staff.
    • The food was great!!

    Cons -

    • Way too easy to hear conversations, and talk from the next room. VERY disconcerting.
    • I did not rest the two nights due to the mattress being extremely hard and uncomfortable in room 438
    • I didn¿t like it that I found out when I was checking in that there would be a $70 incidentals charge. They waived it bc it was my first time staying there, but I¿ve never experienced a charge like that before. I wish they were more explicit prior to book

The location to Hoyt street, walkable to a cute coffee shop and Mediterranean restaurant open for late night dining.

    9TraciePosted on: 7-3-2024

It was in the center of Brooklyn and close to everything. Clean and welcoming.

Staff was very nice. Liked the free water bottles.

Location was great, rooms were clean, staff was friendly.

We booked 2 queen beds for our family of 4 and were put in a room with a king + twin rollaway; not enough space! Also: - no fan in the bathroom! - confusing thermostat; chilly at 74, stifling at 76 - TV's "guide" was wrong for many channels - "resort

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-1-2023

    Waiters were excellent

Parking fees are a bit high with no ability to come in/ out

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 5-8-2023

The room exceeded expectations; it was spacious, the bathroom was fresh and clean, the towels thick and toiletries nice. The location was also perfect for us. And although the 'daily hotel' charge is irritating, they let you offset it against meals/drink.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-29-2023

Beautiful lobby lounge / bar. The staff was excellent.

The lighting in the bedroom was awful. There was no business center / printer.

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-4-2022

The rooms at the Hilton Brooklyn hotel are extremely outdated. An Urban tax fee upon arrival which is okay but they tell you that the $30 for the taxes is credited to you as a voucher (can be used at the hotel restaurant etc) not true.

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-22-2022

They had a mandatory daily fee of $30. You can then purchase overpriced snacks from them (Cliff bar for $6), but really it¿s just them sneaking in extra undisclosed costs at the last second.

Great room, spotless and good size! Quick 1 night stay, so didn¿t use any Servicesz

More of a personal reaction¿but as an adult female I didn¿t appreciate being called ¿sweetie¿ several times by male front desk staff member. Not professional and not respectful!

    5MaryPosted on: 4-19-2022

Staff very responsive when requests/concerns were expressed

Housekeeping issues: coffee pot contained used coffee grounds pod, coffee pot did not work; dirty underwear from previous guests found under foot stool(!)¿

    5RonaldPosted on: 1-28-2022

Resort fee of 30 dollars a day ridiculous Valet parking more than what I was told. Floor reeked of cigarettes and pot.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-15-2021

We liked that the hotel was in a great location! We were near lots of shopping and different types of restaurants.

We did not like that the restaurant in the hotel was only open in the morning for breakfast. When looking online at the restaurant, it still stated that it was open for the evening/dinner.

    10RalphPosted on: 10-30-2021

It's clean. Convenient. Staff is very helpful.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-25-2021

It was conveniently close to the places I was visiting.

I did not like the fact that nowhere do they mention a $75 hold on guests credit cards. They only mention a $25 resort fee. They should mention that so guests will be prepared. I still have not gotten that charge off of my card. Very overpriced hotel.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-19-2021

    Clean, friendly staff.

I did not like that we were charged a $30.00 per day per person "fee" that was not disclosed at booking. This added an additional cost almost $600.00 that was used for water and breakfast. Restaurant closed due to Covid. Is this typical for Hilton policy?

    10ElizabethPosted on: 6-15-2021

Our deluxe Queen room was lovely with windows on both walls. Super comfortable beds and lots of light. Delicious, fresh breakfasts included and well located hotel. What would make it a perfect 10 would be a rooftop pool and patio¿.
