the jacuzzi wasn't working, but advertising that it was operating and no tv service

Staff was super nice-front desk, housekeeping, breakfast attendants.

It?s the nicest choice for hotel reservations in the Binghamton area.

I had left my phone in the room and after 4 phone calls and being told it was not found, it was. It was confirmed through a housecleaning worker when we returned to stay again on 11/4.

The beds are horrible. The mattress was so bad we left a day early because we couldn't sleep

Front clerk was so helpfull. Helped me feel safe, took time to calm me down. It was a tough night perusal problem

We flew into Rochester on a non stop flight. Arrived at the hotel at 11am. The hotel had a room available and allowed an early check in. We appreciated this very much!

No, I was very pleased with the hotel.

The pool and spa were closed. We specifically booked this hotel to take advantage of the indoor pool and would like to have received notice that it was not available prior to our trip, as we might have chosen a different place to stay.

Free breakfast which was very nice. Instead of having to go out . The friendly front desk.

The bathroom toilet is to low. Some of the cushions in the common room to visit need cleaning due to stains. In the room should have two chairs and small table if you want to eat in the room. I traveled with my mother so the bathroom was a issue.

Booked for pool and hot tub both are closed until around June. I would have stayed at another location.

The staff were excellent! Very polite. It was great having different options as far as the breakfast went. It was in a really good location between our family we were visiting and the airport.

The beds were quite uncomfortable. Seemed rather old and very used. The pool floor had deep puddles and my daughter actually slipped and fell hitting her head. Trash cans in room were tiny. Rooms need better lighting. Too dark.

The room wasn't vacuumed when I entered the room. I requested the room be vacuumed 4 out of the 5 days of my stay and it was not done. Also the shower looked like mold was growing on the bottom of the shower, when I said something to the front desk the

It was very clean following all the Covid-19 precautions.

The room was smaller than I thought. There was limited staff available when I had questions or concerns. Breakfast hours were inconvenient for my party.

Pool wasn't open. That's why I chose Hampton. The Best Western was $31 cheaper. And they offer a $25 gift card toward next stay. They also held $50 on my debit card that I was not prior aware of. Poor continental breakfast.

I stayed here a couple of times and it is always the stafff. They are courteous and helpful. Whether it is the person at the front desk, the cleaning crew or the person that prepares breakfast, everyone is so nice and will help with whatever you need

The hot tube was not working while we were there. Hopefully it gets fixed soon

Large room, good breakfast ND RESONABLE PRICE

I did not like CNN blasting in breakfast area. I recommended to manger something less inflammatory such as local news or weather channel.

the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. They were happy to help and give recommendations for places to see and restaurants to try. There was a good variety at breakfast with hot and cold options available.

The hotel is located near the 2 major roads in Brockport, so it could be difficult to turn left out of the hotel. However, it's within walking distance to shopping and food options if you prefer the exercise.
