Pros +
- The staff is very nice and accommodating. There was a winter storm hitting when we were there for our second night. They managed the busy desk well and without panic. The bed was comfortable, the gym is decent, the breakfast was serviceable.
- The room was large and clean
- We were in town for a funeral. suited our needs for the night. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean.
Cons -
- The shower dripped through the night. Shower head needs to be descaled as the water went every which way.
- My wife is Celiac. They had hardboiled eggs but only shelled. It would have been nice if they had them unshelled so that she felt safe eating them. They also did not have any caffeinated tea other than "Earl Grey". Lots of decaf options.
- The water stopped working for 1 day. I was not able to shower or wash my hands.

Very nice professional front desk
Moldy slimy bathroom shower. Yuck
It was very clean, everything needed was provided, very quiet room and best of all, the air conditioning was working great, really nice experience.
All good
ease of check in. room size is very good. overall clean facility
location is ok. Not their fault, for some reason that part of NY does not like hotels. my room had a slight odor when I got there. I was on the ground floor. As rooms used water the odor dissipated. The bathroom wall had water damage near the show
Trying to find regular TV I could not get ABC N BCC VS I tried everything that they said on the paper put in one Then the channel did not work it must be a dish , it didn't get good reception on even the channels that were on
Friendly helpful staff, location
Drapes that did not offer privacy especially on the second floor whereone wing of hotel is at street level
Room was nice and clean. Bed good.
Near highway and you could hear trucks, pillows were small, coffee at buffet was terrible.
Brand new hotel, excellent location!
It was all good, restaurants are not "near by"..but they are easy to get o and some deliver.
It was brand new and very very quiet.
I was promised a king size bed, I was given 2 queens. When I called down they apologized and said no king room were available. There might of been 5 cars in the parking lot AND I looked online and your site stated king rooms were available.
