Quality Inn Brewerton - Syracuse Oneida Lake Area

Had to check out 1 day early due to weather and never received a refund.

Noisy.poor breakfast, doors slamming shut all hours of the night, first room was ant infested

It was clean quiet staff was wonderful it had been remodeled and that was an important issue as the old management that had it it was so horribly ran and disgusting these people who now own it are amazing

Yes what they called a breakfast was little mini chocolate chip muffins which I could not have because I'm allergic to chocolate and they had a fruit loops in some other kind of like a raisin brand cereal and that was it that is not breakfast

It was one of the cleanest and well kept hotel I have been to. I had taken my boat to fish the lake, it is one of the closet hotels to the lake I was not worried about keeping my belongings in my boat because they have many cameras in the parking area.

I didn?t like the breakfast choices, but Dunkin was right down the road.

They didn?t even have ice water to drink. That?s a must have in hotels.

The location is very convenient.

The bathroom ceiling leaked. There are no hooks in the bathroom, no luggage rack, guest dryer was broken, one urn of coffee at 6am for a full hotel. I went back at 6:30, still no coffee. No coffee maker in the room. No staff to be found most of the day.

Nothing about this hotel is redeeming

Elevator did not work. Room carpet dirty. Bath area paint peeling everywhere and exhaust fan inoperative. Only stayed one night.

Convenient to I-81,quiet most nites

Rugs in hotel need updated,seen a few bugs,not a bigger to me but maybe for someone else.

They?re a shady business. Made me book a second room for the 5 of us. Even tho they have a 5 person room for only a few dollars more than the original room I rented. I so I ended up paying double the price. And the 5 person room was the exact same

It was close t to where I needed to go

No microwave or mini refrigerator stains on the floor. The breakfeast was old and stail. And the front desk guy was rude.

Both days the staff entered my room while I was at work . The last day of my stay I came back to the room at 10 am to get my clothes and my door was open and all the staff said was they thought I checked out . I still had the key cards

signifcant improvement at this Days Inn - expected the worst but noticed changes. Place no longer wreaked of stale smoke, of any kind and appears to have made effort to clean up the rooms. Carpets still pretty bad would prefer linoleum. Scant breakfast

It was nice location for store,restaurants, and the lake, quiet area was nice

The bed in the room had dirtybed sheets and blanket layers. This include dirt grit and stains. The bathroom was infested with bugs. All of the statemen has pictures to show what I was sleeping in

That there was a roof

Dirty, loud, no soap, no internet, rude clerk

Location was perfect for our trip.

Had to ask for towels, breakfast was minimal, room smelled musty and staff had a bad attitude. Also have unauthorized charges on my credit card and the hotel will not answer the phone. Still trying to resolve this issue

Located next to Route 81

Ownership has not maintained this hotel at all. Our first room we were given, the A/C didn't work, the toilet didn't flush well, the power outlets worked but are worn out to the point chargers would fall out of the outlet. Do not recommend this hotel.

Firat room was not clean. Hair in bathroom. Lipstick stain on pillowcase. Rugs and furniture all looked banged up and tired.

None of the trash cans were emptied. Outside one was overflowing and even the one in the "breakfast" area was full. Breakfast was marginal at best

The room smelled like smoke, the carpet dirty, no coffee in the room and containers in the lobby empty for over an hour, was no soap in shower, land line did not work. no phone for noise complaint at midnight and tv remote did not work

Je n'ai pas apprécié. La personne à l'accueil lors de notre arrivée n'a pas repondu à nos attentes. Impoli etc. La dame le lendemain matin était correcte.

La propreté laissait grandement à désirer. Les frais chargés lors de notre arrivée. Ne pas vouloir m'accorder le prix qu'il y avait sur internet. Deux frais ont été chargé sur ma carte de crédit.
