Fairfield Inn Binghamton

The cleanliness of the hotel and the hotel. The room was very nice however, I thought the bathroom could?ve been just a little bit bigger, but it was fine.

Clean, easy parking, good breakfast

The thermostat for the heating wasn't working. We were terribly hot until 3:00 AM when I had to turn it off. Also, there was an additional charge of $20 applied to my credit card. I need this reversed.

It was convenient for us.

Got double charged. Took a few days for extra to get refunded.

The staff and cleaniness were high.

Very hard to find even with GPS. NEXT, there were children running around on the first floor and the second floor. No supervision. I did not like this.

-location:hotel is next to a great restaurant. -quite area -staff friendly -choice of hot or cold breakfast

-my room no USB. -some areas of the room were dusty (visible dust). - the tub was old with 2 different color pains tan and dark brown.

Very clean hotel that has a very helpful and friendly staff.

I was charge for access to the internet which I was under the assumption was included with the room rate. One of the filters that I used in selecting a hotel was internet access including in the room rate. Several days later, I get notice of the charge.

Clean rooms

They offer a hot breakfast, at 7am no eggs, w-3 of bacon and sausages. No milk for the cereal. So basically no breakfast. The front desk person said they had no food left for 2 days when the truck arrived. Someone needed to go to the store, just saying.

Convenient to travelers, these days cleanliness very important, restaurants nearby.

Mattress too soft for me, bathroom door too close to toilet making it difficult to close while standing at the sink counter.

Could of been cheaper.

I was pleasantly surprised to see hotel personnel, cleaning off snow from my car's windshield and windows at 5 am (that night was a snowstorm). She was shoveling a walkway and went a step further and did that.

The smoke area right next to Entrances doors.

Great customer service. They have a Tesla charger. Very friendly and accommodative.

The customer was smoking standing right outside the door and I needed to wait each time for 20 min till he is done, so I could come out to my car without inhaling the smoke. It happens that each time when I need to come out, he will stand there :-)

Clean rooms and quiet. Though no one seemed to know about the pool.

No surprises fair prices, Applebee's next door

Breakfast was was fair. Would have expected more with Marriott's name on it.

New hotel not too far from interstate road, beautiful soundproof room, large breakfast room well decorated plenty of food's choice more than at other hotels prepared by a very pleasant lady.

We arrived very tired after a long trip at around 6 pm at this hotel. The reception's attendant was not very welcoming, no smile, not pleasant at all. She looked not happy, upset, fed up, tired. Fridge in the room without freezer.

nice and clean! Great hot breakfast. Lots of choices.
