The refrigerator did work very well in the room. The knob to adjust temp was missing

Not clean, elevator, room, lobby, Washroom. Water not draining in Beth tub

The desk receptionist in the afternoon was a little disrespectful when I asked could I have housekeeping to clean my room she simply replied o I can?t. I had already been there for two days.

I did like the location but the staff acted as if they didn?t really want to meet my needs.

Yes I stayed two days and after I requested housekeeping they simply said no!

Needed to change rooms because of malfunctions. Paper coffee cups were defective and leaked hot beverage.

Easy to book last minute. Had a power outage in a nearby town and needed a place to stay. Was surely not disappointed. The pool was great! Very quiet hotel with a great breakfast. Love the lounge area too. We spent a bit of time in the fitness center!

Helpful front desk.

It is a run down facility. I had to pick up bath towels from front desk because they don't have anyone to deliver them to room. Not a very pleasant situation. The front desk person was polite and helpful.

Good price, comfortable bed, great location for me.

Very clean. Friendly and fast check in. Microwave and fridge available in room. Ice close to room. Excellent breakfast with friendly, helpful hostess. Rate her as a 10! Quick check out.

Housekeeping service We asked to have the garbage removed on day 2 of stay and they couldn¿t accommodate Rooms heating/ac unit was loud and then started leaking on day 2 The room had a lot areas prepped for painting which didn¿t look great but room was cl

Check in went very well. The bent over backwards to help me. Breakfast staff was very nice. Room was clean and neat.

Check out desk, the staff was as enthusiastic as a wet paper towel. I know it was in the morning and everyone is not a morning person.

The reception and breakfast areas were beautiful. The staff was very friendly.

Our room was dingy and the bathroom was dirty. That was a major disappointment.

The woman working in the breakfast area was lovely.

Room was dirty, mold in bathtub and hair/fur in bed linen. No greeting and/or smile on check-in, just and abrupt request for credit card and I stood breakfast and check-out times. Horrible over experience and overpriced for such a low quality hotel.

Location for our destination

The front desk clerk when we checked it was extremely unfriendly and bordered on just plain rude. College age kids banging on our door at4am for a steady 30 min. Terrified our 8 year old and destroyed any chance of sleep for us.

The room was filthy. There was all sorts of stuff wiped on the wall in the bathroom including blood. The room was so dated. The flooring was disgusting. There was dirt and hair on the bed. Front desk girl was annoyed when I came down.

Location was most important Always like the breakfast and a chance to use the pool

Ice machine missing

It was difficult to find a clean table at breakfast. Most likely due to short staff, as it is everywhere. I was there three days, and each day there was a written sign that there was no OJ. Why didn¿t someone just go purchase some at the supermarket?

The room was large, bright and comfortable. We were almost at the end of a hallway and it was so nice and quiet! We were also impressed by the number of TV channels you offered.

The bed linens were clean but the pillows were oddly lumpy and uncomfortable. The real horror was the beige club chair and ottoman in the corner. There was a large white stain on the ottoman¿now who would want to sit or place their stuff on that?

Was very run down. Elevators needed major up keep. Room was pretty dirty and not much looked at for details

Staff helpful.

They did not replenish the breakfadt food up until the closing time. It is a eeekend, people sleep in.
