Holiday Inn Binghamton Downtown by IHG

The closet in the room was jammed & couldn’t open & hence I couldn’t hang my clothes or iron my clothes

rooms small; no night light in bath;

The AC was not working so they quickly changed our toom with consideration to handicap needs.

It was noisy at night because of all the bars close by & the college kids

The location was the only good about this hotel

The hotel was just not clean. Very outdated, room musky, carpet torn, paint on bad shape. Just not good at all

We didn’t need our bed linens changed which was fine so I didn’t leave the sign on the bed. However when housekeeping came in they only replaced the towels and took out garbage. The beds were not made up.

The staff was wonderful (especially the front desk/concierge staff).

The little market (sodas, chips, drinks) is obnoxiously priced, but it is what it is. That's the price of the convenience in having items available to you downstairs 24/7

No breakfast for the cost and beds were dirty

For what I paid and staying in a suite breakfast was not included and the woman was rude

Loved the downtown walkable location. Was a much nicer hotel than I expected.

There was some really loud music playing outside the hotel at night.

Staff were fantastic. Food and drinks out on veranda were great and view was wonderful. Room and location in Binghamton were perfect.

Staff were very friendly and attentive.

This hotel is right beside an arena or some kind of rooftop patio, and there was a loud concert going on past midnight. There was many guests that were loud past 11pm, whether in their own rooms, or banging on friends doors.

Welcoming Staff, easy and convenient parking, great location, rooms, especially bathroom are small, solid water pressure in shower, comfy bed

Just a little slightly bigger room would be nice

Mattress had stain on it. Toilet seat should be replaced.

Close to arena for hockey game, well lit parking lot

The restaurant is only open certain hours and it has a small menu. And it took 45 mins to have a burger and fries brought to your table. With only 4 other customers in restaurant

Front desk told me breakfast was included but after I got a plate, I was told I needed a voucher. The experience was disappointing.

The hotel, in general, was updated and very clean.

The breakfast buffet was adequate and only option. The presentation was poor-steam tray covers had fingerprints all over them; table skirts were wrinkled; carpet was stained. Staff was not terribly interested or friendly.

The location

This was the second time staying at this hotel. The first was many years ago, with the same experience. College kids running up and down the hall all night long, loud and obnoxious partying. I would not recommend staying here if you plan on sleeping!

Location

Exceptionally small room. Poor maintenance in room. Broken deadbolt lock, room fridge broken and leaked water all over floor and into carpet, bathroom door couldn¿t close.

The hotel was clean, recently remodeled, a great location near restaurants and coffee shops, and GREAT guest services!
