The hotel smelled like mildew and the beds felt damp!! Will never stay there again....very disappointing for this hotel!

This hotel was condemned and yet we were still able to make the reservation. We were not notified at all We showed up to check in and found out Very poor communication

The price was good¿cheap for this time of year

One of the beds did not have a top sheet. Little was done to clean the room.rust in tub and stained tub mat. Questionable if towels were used. Had to ask for clean towels send washcloths. Was not cleaned up before we got there, just bed sheets changed

Quiet. Bed was semi comfortable.

Disgusting would be an understatement. Apparently hookers and crack dealer frequent this place. Blood and feces on wall. Ceiling crumbling and leaking water. Hair dryer was so gross I was afraid if I touched it I was going to catch something. Ect.

Convienient location

There were stains on the wall from a leak on the above floor,hole in the ceiling, tiles unfinished atound the tub, stains in the bathtub, stains on the mattress, sealant cracked around the tub, doghair covering the hallway floor, MANY noisy neighbors late

Hmmm the only thing positive that I can say is that it was quiet

The heater was impossible to regulate- it was too cold then too hot. The hallway was frigid and very dirty. Had to go to the hotel across the parking lot for everything. Very inconvenient especially since it was sooo cold out. The breakfast was bagged.

Nice area.

Confusing way to check in. You have to go behind Days Inn building and check in at Day Inn front Desk. But it was no biggie.

Nothing worse stay ever. Kept door locked and lights on all night because it was that sketchy and we couldn¿t afford to go to another place and would not get our money back.

Everything. Hand written signs saying go to check in at days inn, no breakfast like said in the description. The bathroom was dingy. The room currents was broke. The beds were stiff and the hotel was dark walking through to our room and rundown.

The staff were very kind but also very Unknowledgeable

I witnessed a drug deal, I wrote my name in the dust on the toilet lid, there was a incense stick literally in the wall along with many dirty spots such as handprints on walls sticky goo in the tv , I was nervous about Laying in the bed.

Location was good, breakfast was good but the butter was frozen still

The bed was like sleeping on a piece of wood

They refused to maintain their property, by shoveling All entrances even after being asked several times. Housekeeping didn't do my room, when I spoke to a man claiming to be a manager his response was "well, youre only paying $-- anight, our rate is $--"

Right off the highway.

Our room had a burnt out light-bulb. And it smelled sort of like a mens gym locker room. The staff was tolerable. Not kind. Not unkind. Just blunt and direct, and would dismiss you with a "Thank you!" Weird place.

stayed 3 times and had same room which we liked it was close not far to walk

last time the women gave us a room that was to far for me and wife to walk

Person at the desk was great. she was very friendly. The distance to Darien lake was about 15minutes but it was very easy to get to. The room wasn't bad it was updated. Restaurant directly next to it. So that was great!

The mattress and pillows were the worst I have ever slept on! My back and neck were killing me. I would have felt better if I slept on the floor. I didn't like their "breakfast" and coffee in room wasn't replenished the next day.

It was raining outside and there was water leaking into the room (have it on video) - The room was supposed to be a smoking room and there were no ashtrays. the room wasnt prepped. there was old coffee in machine & fridge wasnt plugged up - and much more

It was close to the thruway. We just wanted a clean, quiet place to sleep after attending a concert at nearby Darien Lake Theme Park, which it was.

Given a wmoky room and supposed to be non smoking. Front desk staff very unfriendly and I had reserved ahead of time and was well prepared with all paper work. Front desk clerk snotty because I arrived early at 2:40pm.

I felt that it was a good value and adequately served my needs with was a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Maybe larger cups for the coffee, as I go down to the breakfast area and get coffee to bring it back to my room I have to take two cups. Coffee is not hot enough also.

Hotel employee at front desk was great. Nice little basic hotel room that was perfect for a night stay at a decent price. Would stay here again next week time we "visit a loved one" ... Know what I mean :)
