Hampton Inn Batavia

Staff was very nice. Hotel was orderly and clean. Breakfast was good.

Price was ridiculously high. Price for one night was nearly $-----. Be real, it's Batavia. I won't stay there again for price reasons.

The room, pool, cleanliness, everything was broken just not the standard for a Hampton at all.

I reserved and paid --- for a king bed side for me and my wife, when I get there don¿t have a king bed only double because the hotel was over booked and they give priority to the Hampton members, I got a receipt for ---, I paid 30.00 more online.

Everything was perfect but we were disappointing that the pool was closed for maintenance we got there at 7:30 at night with three boys after a 4 1/2 hour journey and I told them to pack their suits just swim

It was clean, the beds were comfortable and check in/check out was easy.

Breakfast was kind of a joke (granola bars and muffins - that was it). It¿s time to bring back normal breakfast now that covid restrictions have lifted.

location, pool, spa very nice. quiet and well kept.

coffee dispenser was out in the lobby but not a big deal, could have made some in the room. More an inconvenience than anything.

a free breakfast is nice - but the fruit was wilted - it was mostly a sad breakfast - still - it was free and we ate it.

Our stay was wonderful from the time we walked in the door. the staff at the desk were polite.Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. I used the pool and hot tub and both were very clean. the breakfast has a lot of choices and were good.

Location and Convenience to my destination.

I think it's in need of renovation. Very 70ish in decor. Rooms were drab and unappealing. Closet door in Room 206 needs fixing.

Very clean and near to where we were going.

Upon check in I was told that I needed to pay for the room even though I provided proof that it had been pre-paid. There was some back and forth until the clerk told me she would give me a key. I am still trying to find out if I have been billed twice.

Hotel was nice. Hospitality of staff was good. There was some smell in room but in bearable limits. Neat and clean.

Bed didn't get made one night. Trash not taken out. Not enough coffee in room. Cob webs in the light fixtures.
