Fairfield Inn New York LaGuardia Airport/Astoria

The room was generally clean, and the staff member who checked us in was courteous and efficient.

The elevator was broken and we had a room on the 3rd floor and had to carry our baggage up the stairs.

Great location and very clean. Great and fast shuttle service.

signs & staff said Breakfast open at 6:30 am; didn't open until 7:40 Also asked front desk to have my room serviced -- make bed & fresh towels, not done any time....will not be staying at this site for another visit

Location and newer hotel.

The bed was NEVER made in a 3 night stay. Towels and garbage were only taken once in a 3 night stay. The Manager was rude and yelled at me saying I was stupid & a baby when I asked that my room be made. He said it was not my turn to have my room made.

Hotel was centrally located to where I needed to be for my training. It was a 3 minute walk to my class. Plenty of stores around and places to order food. Elizabeth at the front desk was awesome, she allowed me to check in early since I got there early.

At night the noise on the street was a little much, but it is NY what do you expect! :)

Rooms were not cleaned or refreshed after 2days. Front desk said that we probable left the do not disturb sign on the door. (Wrong)

I ask for the shuttle The young lady said we don¿t have shuttle service I get to the hotel and the gentleman told me they stop at 10pm All employees should know what¿s going on or ask

Breakfast is complimentary and it was clean. Also, the bed was very comfortable.

Hair on some of the pillows and bathroom floor, smelled marijuana in our room and the breakfast was a bottle water and Bagel or dash. It was so sad.¿¿

The hotel is within a reasonable drive from Laguardia Airport.

The hotel doesn't have a shuttle as advertised and that cost me a 2-way Uber fare. Had I known this I would have stayed at a different hotel closer to the airport even if it cost a bit more.

Location was great for easily getting to LaGuardia airport. Very quiet considering it was so close to the roadway Check in staff was very helpful. Reccommend rd s local eatery. “Noona’s. Excellent food.

The iron leaked water for the steam. Tell guests where you “hide” the coffee maker ice bucket. Microwave and refrig. Glass door in shower didn’t stay closed. Water all over the floor Showed shuttle service but was not available

Price/location

No free shuttle due to COVID but website said it was still provided.

Hotel website and the App showed the hotel as having an airport shuttle. The Covid update did NOT admit the lack of shuttle. The round trip on Uber cost $28. Will not ever book this hotel again. Intentionally misleading online presence.

Clean rooms

Construction noise the whole time and I had to park 10 blocks away because of terrible parking situations.

The water pressure was decent.

The outlets in my room were loose, the fridge was wobbly, and everything felt pretty shoddy. Although advertised as providing free parking, the manager attempted to charge me $15.

Check in was very easy , well located, we found good deal far from most attraction very quiet away from the city good enough for the price at the time. Not good if you are looking for any a attraction The stuff were good good breakfast and very clean

Short distance from La Guardia, staff was friendly.

Its sourrounding is not well kept, breakfast starts to late so we couldn't enjoy it. Rooms very old and small. Staff was very friendly.
