- location to SUNY Albany
- The night manager was very nice and helpful. He gave water and pain reliever for my headache.
- For the price, this place was AMAZING. Clean enough, sheets were SO comfortable, hallways pretty clean, ice machines working, staff friendly and competent, and the place felt safe. Not much easy to walk to shopping in the area BUT fast food places nearby.
Cons -
- hallways smelled breakfast included, toast,muffin juice coffee and yogurt- continental maybe
- There were roaches in my room (room 110). There were roaches primarily in the bathroom and exterior wall of the bathroom. I have photos. The next morning, I reported this issue to Shiv the day staff. He stated he would mention it to the manager.
- Wifi was a little unreliable--sometimes disappeared for a while. Not a great selection of TV channels.
