Rooms were spacious and comfortable
Recommendations: Make the breakfast more spacious and more breakfast selections...inhouse dining room (restaurant and bar), customer personal laundry room

Room was cleaned
The hotel charged my credit card when the room was paid in full prior to check in. I had to call booking.com to call the hotel to remove the charge. Very disappointed as a Hilton vip member. Did like the renovations being done in lobbby.

Since we had an early flight in the morning. The location was great. The bed was comfortable.
To be fair, this Hampton Inn was under construction and updating. The lobby was a mess. Many people leave theIr cars there, at $5. a night when they travel..so limited parking and parking lot not cleared of snow. Should have a special area for long term parking and have spaces for overnight stays.

Location was good. The shower gel and shampoo smelled very good.
Only 2 plugs in the entire room worked. The bathroom especially the bathtub was filthy with stains, did not feel comfortable bathing myself nor my children. Breakfast was by far the worst available and when I asked if there was a a hot meal / egg option without meat, they mocked me for not eating meat. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. The location is great - easy to get anywhere in the capital area and near to restaurants, shopping and the airport. The staff are very nice and I like getting breakfast and a cup of tea before i head out in the morning.
The hotel is a little hard to find if it's your first time there.
