Hampton Inn and Suites Wells

Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

We usually love the hot breakfast at a Hampton. At this location, the main breakfast items were not monitored or refilled timely. Coffee, juice, eggs and other items all ran out. Only when a guest asked for a refill did that occur.

Clean, good location off of interstate 80.

I wish there was a microwave in the room.

We loved our spacious room, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, and the friendly staff. Great place to stay!

We wish there was a jacuzzi but otherwise it's great.

The breakfast was not very good. Please serve morefresh fruit and use real eggs.

The only complaint would be that for a 3 night stay.…there was no housekeeping, extra towels were available upon request. Additionally, they had very good breakfasts!

Cleanliness

Staff were not properly trained at front desk to handle difficult situations. Uncomfortable watching dissatisfied customer not being handled appropriately.

Stopped here late on a road trip. Staff at the front desk greeted us with a warm smile?super sweet, welcoming, and professional. Staff also checked us out in the morning, and after working a night shift, was just as wonderful as the night before!

The entrance to the hotel was unclear, if you pulled off just before the hotel you found a road that was exit only. You had to get back on Hwy 93, drive past the hotel and enter from around the back.

Convenient location. Breakfast was great.

The bathroom door was just a sliding door with no lock on it. The pool was cold.

I drive 1/2 way across the country 4-5xs a year & have stayed in most of the hotels in the area. This one blows all the rest out of the water. It is exceptionally well run, very clean & so convenient. Whoever owns this place really cares about the guests.

The only complaints I had was being put in an accessible room because I hate those types of showers. The beds are a little on the firm side for me but they were clean and I honestly slept like a baby.

Lots and lots of road noise, parking lot was brightly lit - maybe for safety - anyway it required use of the blackout shades as the room never got dark. Also the room rate was high compared to the other motels in Wells, all of which were sold out
