- Size of the room, location was close enough without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

- Getting charged a resort fee just to be there. No pool or spa available. Housekeeping is by request.
- Bad games
- Periodic power outages and days with water shortages. Staff acts like they are a upscale Las Vegas casino when in reality that?s the old Sands casino. You can put lipstick on a pig but it?s still a pig
