- The cleaning staff were kind and considerate
- I will never use this again
- It was clean inside the hotel. The staff was nice. The room was good. The buffet was good.
Cons -
- The location of the room was horrible and they didn?t do anything to accommodate my change of room. It was too loud to even sleep because it was next to a door and the fire riser room. Which all. I could hear were pipes and the door closing at night.
- We entered on a frontage road. The only thing between the freeway and the hotel is a cement wall. You will hear that freeway all night long! Although the advertisement shows a hot tub and says spa! There is no hot tub! And the indoor pool is ice cold!
- There were only 2 luggage carts for the entire property.We couldn't get one to take our luggage to the room.The night staff(2 girls)was extremely blah.Not overtly rude but definitely not friendly and helpful nor welcoming.The morning front staf was better
