Pros +
- The night desk was great we had a guest next to us play loud music he came and tried multiple times to get them to turn it down and called them . It didn’t work but I appreciate the effort he put in for us. The manager also was nice and refunded us
- Hotel was clean and professional.
- Workers were nice, pool was warm and clean, rooms were clean and beds were comfy.
Cons -
- The kids game room and arcade had no air conditioning so was hot and couldn’t stay in very long . Pool was warm as a bath on a 119* day. Hallway to rooms carpets were dirty and torn at seams.
- The layout of the hotel made getting to the room a bit of a journey. A/C in room was hard to understand how to control and started blowing hot air at one point. Outside furniture was a bit messy.

Hotel employee was amazing and lived that our vball tournament was on location. Can't wait to come back when water park is finished.
