Staff was excellent

Room was not satisfactory. Toilet leaked all night. Air conditioner was extremely loud. Bathroom had a bad sewer smell. Coffee maker in room was not operable.

Excellent communication. Great location. The rooms were very clean.

I did not like the morning cafeteria staff members. They did not did not check on all the guests that were dining in for breakfast. I had to find them for check out. Overall not pleased with the overall experience.

It is close to the airport. The check in was easy. The room was large and pretty clean.

We had no hot water in the shower and we couldn't regulate the room temp or fan. I told them this when we checked out but felt like they didn't think it was concerning.

After a 23 hour trek from Sicily, the pillows on the bed were the best thing ever! Comfort finally! Also, the hotel van picks you up at the airport at no extra charge, a free transport that is hard to find in nickel and dime Vegas these days.

There was nothing to dislike about our stay.

shower was good

There is a beaming light situated right outside my window which kept the room illuminated all night. No exaggeration here... hotel exterior light shines directly into window. Couldn't sleep at all.(round globe light on side of building) & loud road noise.

Location near the airport & the Las Vegas Strip.

No microwave in the room, that really took away from the room.

Leaving the hotel

Most of the staff were nice but not the manager. Stay away from that unprofessional woman. The room was filthy and the tub had dirt stains that they claim ¿don¿t come off¿ and is a ¿special film for non slip.¿ It was disgustingly dirty.

It is close to the hwy. And close to the action without being on top of the strip. It was quiet and very good for small kids

Only issue was one elevator felt a bit sketchy. And room could have used a little paint refreshing

Nice clean hotel very close to car rental facility and airport. Great and safe place to stay if you want to be off the strip.

Front Desk staff were very nice

The first room hot water in shower didn't work. I had to change rooms and the second room smelled like smoke. By this time it was 10pm. I didn't want to change room.

The shuttle from airport to hotel was nice. The room was clean.

The air conditioner was noisy, it kept turning off and on all night and the fans/motor was obtrusive. Road noise was loud. How The carpets appeared dingy. We couldn't get airport transportation the following morning as rides were full (why I chose hote

Proximity and location.

Smoke in non smoking room all night long. Curtains did not block light from bright lights outside. TV did not work, staff would not fix problem after three calls/the bed was dirty.

Shuttle pick up is terrible, I waited for over an hour for a ride, called 3 times and had to walk to the hotel.

Very loud air conditioning unit. Impossible to sleep with it on.

This is a nice, quiet hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was great! I thought this was a great value. The hotel also shuttles to and from the airport, as well as the strip.

It would have been nice to have a few fast food/coffee places to walk to (not the hotel's fault). Also, the room could have been cleaned a little better. There was black stuff smeared on the bottom of the bathroom door, and the crevices were dirty. ¿¿

The toilet had black stuff inside of it and I don¿t think it will come off by just brushing it. It just seem like it¿s needs to updated and changed out. But overall. Not a bad hotel and the bed was very comfortable
