Homewood Suites by Hilton Las Vegas City Center

Full kitchen option and location compared to Allegiant Stadium. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The lighting in the bedroom was very sparce. The beds were both very loud and the pillows were lumpy. The toilet paper roll holder was falling off the wall and the tub wouldn't drain unless you took out the whole stopper.

location

When I made my reservation, they said there was no parking fee. However, we had to pay $40 for parking. So we owe you $40 back.

Clean, cozy, bright, spacious¿. I would have lined a better view. But overall, we all enjoyed the room.

The view was not the greatest. But we got over it pretty quickly. The breakfast was amazing most days, except Sunday. But we still ate and enjoy the food. I love how many choices and fresh items you guys have. My teen ate a lot. She loved it

Tha staff , clean and quiet place.

A little far from strip.Far to walk.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, the staff kept up with keeping the food coming out fresh and hot.

Mer expectation in all areas. Loved their breakfast.

Parking Fee though small amount wasn¿t expected. WiFi connection need to be simple. Sign up process is not straightforward.

Proximity to the interstate. Easy to get off and back on our way.

It could use a little maintenance and cleaning, but overall it was a good stay.

Everything! Location was perfect, very clean, nice staff, and decent breakfast due to COVID. I appreciate breakfast being provided even though there were fewer options

Close to the freeway. Good size room.

There was a foul smell as we were walking down the hall to our room. The bed was not that comfortable.

Ease of parking

Horrible smell on the first floor by the elevators. Was there 5 days, and it never went away.

Stayed last week with a family of 6. The 1-bedroom suite was a great size for all of us. Breakfast had decent variety. Great location. The complimentary shuttle to Aria was very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend!

Clean and new.

It was almost too quiet, and a bit boring, but this is exactly what you know when booking here. It's off the strip. There is smoking, which is nice. There is no bar yet. It's great to have a seperate bedroom so the kids sleep in another room.

Location

The room smell so bad, carpet not clean

Very clean and comfortable hotel, the breakfast was really good.

Not that I can think of.

Great people at every level of staff to work with, really hit a home run with your hiring! Would go back there at any time!

Everything went well .no issues

Na

Absolutely perfect

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious. And close to the strip. My kids enjoyed having their own roo.. it was great.

The pool was closed.

Location and breakfast

No room service, no clean towels, no coffee, rude staff, bags of garbage and pile of about 10 dirty wrt towels. Asked for room service and never came, pool wasn't working and no blankets for pull out couch

bad

i called and asked if i could be 18 and get a room because thats what it said on their site. They said “yes you can” so i showed up and they told me i had to be 21. They didn’t apologize all they said was “well we can’t check you in, it was misinformation” so i left.
