At check-in, the staff was extremely rude. The next morning, at 10 am, when our checkout was scheduled for 11 am, we received a knock on the door from the cleaning staff, asking what time we would be leaving. Very unprofessional

We were accommodated even if we arrived late

My 100$ security deposit was not returned to my account until now. It has been a month since I booked

They used fraudulent advertising. They only allow 1 dog. No other pets. They would not let me check in with cats & would not refund. Their website does not say anything about only allowing 1 dog. It just says pet friendly.

Showers were weak. Hardly any pressure. No hot tub.

For accessibility, the shampoo/conditioner/soap was on the shower wall up high from where my partner had to stand up out of the bathtub to use it. As we were getting coffee, the dark roast was carried off right as we were going to pour a second cup.

Hotel air conditioner was very loud! Room air was bad, stuffy, dirty, heavy allergens. The air filter needed to be replaced. I had problems breathing!

This hotel is in the perfect location for exploring the Red Rock Canyon area, which is what we came to do. The area around the hotel is clean and newly developed.

Very clean and updated rooms. Comfortable bed and blankets. Good quality, sustainable shampoo and soap. Very kind staff. Generous breakfast. Coffee and tea available in lobby thru 9 pm. They offer daily room cleaning which is highly unusual these days.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, staff did not want to come and clean room if you stay there for more than 4 days.

The property seemed a bit older and not well maintained. Had problems with the TV remote and heater unit.

The room was clean and location was good but it was the staff  that made it an excellent stay. We were going through a f emergency and one of the front desk attendants was so warm and wonderful!! Her and the night manager went above and beyond

This hotel was clean. Service was terrific. Food was great considering COVID protocols.

The room was somewhat aged but clean. The air conditioner was very noisy and loud, made for hard to sleep. Only option was to keep at a lower temp to keep it running consistently, but then you have a freezing room with air blowing in your face.

Very clean, friendly staff. Good price and location.
