    Pros +

    • The rooms are very clean and modern and the bedding was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional. They offered a complimentary breakfast with hot foods which seems more rare during covid.
    • Very dirty hotel and told us we are okay to cancel but charged even we didnt spend the night there
    • Room was very nice, fairly quiet could hear other guests, but not really hard door slams. Staff was very nice and helpful. I didn't have time to use the pool, but was very pleasantly surprised to hear it was a saltwater pool.

    Cons -

    • The breakfast was great and delicious, but the process for it was quite confusing in how it all worked. Ordering from the menu, getting food that was already laid out, finding where the silverware was. I overheard similar comments from other guests.
    • its a one star hotel not like Hilton 3 star same like hotel circus circus
    • Stepped into the wet shower after walking around the room with bare feet and the water was very dirty. Breakfast was good , but price was quite high, very comparable to free breakfast at hotels in Minnesota or North Dakota.

    Bad

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, especially with a front desk staff member named C’zarina. During check-in, I politely asked if she could help speed things up because our Uber had arrived. Instead of assisting, she just stared at me without typing and repeatedly blamed the “slow computer.”Then, out of nowhere, she accused me of “yelling,” even though I wasn’t raising my voice at all. When my partner came downstairs, she actually started shouting “calm down” at me, which was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Such a shock. She even wrote her name on a card and told me to go ahead and report her — as if tourists have no way to stand up for our rights.I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties, and I’ve never encountered staff this rude or hostile. Her behaviour was so irrational and confrontational that it made me genuinely question whether she is fit to work in hospitality. As an Asian guest, the way she treated me felt targeted and deeply uncomfortable, and I am concerned there may have been an element of bias. This experience really overshadowed my stay. I hope management takes this seriously and improves front desk service.

They refused to issue an invoice, even though they are required to do so according to their agreement with Booking.com. I tried to contact them several times without success. Even the Booking.com customer service team was unable to obtain an invoice on my behalf. Very poor service!

Spacious lobby and corridors, convenient paid parking, large clean rooms. Place is very neat, light and clean. Housekeeping staff do their best!

Very rude staff, unexpected withhold of the deposit of $200 which was never mentioned here on booking, com. Lady at the counter very arrogant shouted that we MUST pay the deposit because all hotels in Vegas withhold it! I was surprised of course how one arrogant lady at the counter ot 3* hotel can be so sure about literally ALL hotels in Vegas! Its very upsetting when hotel "policy" contradicts with booking.com information. Wouldn't recommend this place - who knows what other "policies" they forgot to mention on aggregator website.

What was there was very good, especially the Saturday evening specials.

Bathroom fan remained on regardless of any light or other switches we turned on or off.Should have had more buffet options, given you charged $15 per person.

Convenient location, close to allegiant stadium

AC sucked. Considering it was over 100 when we stayed, it was pretty miserable.

    10rayPosted on: 5-2-2025

    Match quieter than the strip

Difficult to walk to the strip you must take Uber or shuttle when available

The hotel is very comfortable. It is simple and no frills but pleasant and with everything you need. The bed is great and the bathroom has all the essentials like towel, liquid bath soap, hairdryer etc.

    9KashyapPosted on: 4-14-2025

Off the strip, but just a short drive away.

Need to provide better space in the front to stop the car and drop off luggage before going into the parking lot. The added issue that you can't even enter the parking lot until you're checked in makes it doubly tricky.

Wonderful staff. Everyone was so helpful. Everything was clean, smelled amazing. Loved it!

    8GerardoPosted on: 1-30-2025

The breakfast was delicious. You had a good variety of food.

During check-in, my charge wasn’t reflecting a payment. The front desk was trying to charge me again for the room. Luckily, I had my email receipt to prove payment or I would’ve had to pay again.
