I will not book here again because i got charged for new towels. I think that should be a standard thing. Didnt get coffee after the first few packs. Mgm kind of put there hands up since its owner direct. Owner doesn't give service. Room cleaning should

Friendly front desk staff. Excellent bellman service with bags stored until middle afternoon check-in. The room was as nice as advertised. OK view of the strip.

The mattress sagged on the right side & needs replacement. Other than that, everything was as good as advertised. It is a bit of a hike (5-10 minutes) from the lobby to the connected MGM Grand casino/hotel, but it's all indoors with 3 moving walkways.

The jacuzzi tub was gorgeous, even though I didn't have time to use it!

Not a fan of the fact that you have to pay extra for housekeeping. This is not something the suite booking agency mentioned at all. You have to order housekeeping if you want it, and it's $---. Crazy.

The Location. Perfectly connected to the MGM Grand.

No room service, Housekeeping, Water in the room, the decoration look outdated (from the 80's) I called requesting a late checkout and they refused. offered a late checkout at a Price ($45). They truly go out of their way to make your stay unpleasa

hotel was great. rented room from separate owner, so no housekeeping. would be great to have had it every other day

Room and hotel were clean and comfortable. No room service available would be my only complaint. You can doordash but have to pick up in the lobby.

I really really enjoyed the staying! The room is amazing and the staff unbelievable ¿¿ they were very helpful professional and has an answer for every need. I will absolutely stay here again.

It is a little walk to get access to the strip. But definitely worthy.

The staff I interacted with were friendly, helpful and understanding.

When I booked the room I was under the impression that the suites would be together not side by side with a front door considered "together". The set up still caused the group to be somewhat separated & one of the rooms had a dirty fridge

Room was everything we expected. Loved the decore, the bathroom, the set up was outstanding. Extra big fridge. Plenty of space. Balcony was great too. Overall it was 10/10!

Can't say a bad word about this place. There's nothing I didn't like.

It was easy access to the room and not to much walking.

They refused to give you additional towels and expected all guest to use the same towels for the entirety of our stay. They only give you one set of towels per guest. No extra trash bags, no trash cans really around. We would have to walk trash to surrounding businesses…

The view. The overall room was beautiful.

The coffee pot is broken need a new one. There was something that stuck so bad in the garbage disposal. The smell lingered the entire weekend despite our efforts to get rid and clean the smell.

LOVED my home away from home. The room was very inviting and comfortable.

The ice maker on the floor I stayed wasn't working (it was hot...lol, so needed ICE COLD water!!). Just had to hop to another floor to obtain ice.

Very pretty but could have been cleaner. The smell when I walked into the room did not say clean.

The mirror is weird. It seemed darker than the non private owner room. Not sure why.

No self-Parking, a bit long walk to strip.
