The staff was very nice and it was relatively quiet in the hotel even though there was a Kelly Clarkson concert going on that week.

I didn’t like that I had to leave so soon.

They had overcharged me at first, so that took some working through. But I think everything's correct now.

It was all good, in fact they seemed better than the reviews I had read. Everyone friendly, the room was spotless.

People were super nice, accommodating, can tell they liked their job place was very clean and breakfast Would definitely stay there again.

 front staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean hotel and in a calm quiet location. Perfect for families.

Just before I checked in I had gone through hell at a different hotel so when I walked in and was treated with so much kindness it really turned my night around the man who checked me in was amazing as well as the staff in morning

The rooms were roomy, excellent details: furnishings, pool, dog friendly, kitchen appliances, top notch! The staff were phenomenal! They offered things rather you have to ask. They were eager to assist you and very friendly.

There were some minor maintenance (cosmetic) issues.

It’s clean and well stocked. Staff is friendly and free parking

Sometimes the cold water container infused with strawberries gets clogged by the fruits. But they fix it when you bring it to their attention. The hot water in the container didn’t taste so good.

No one was available to pickup at the airport.

It was dog friendly and walking distance from Raiders stadium!

The room is clean, the staff served us very well.

When we wanted to extend for another day, the room rental fee doubled and sadly we had to move out.

Had a hard time setting the room's air conditioner to my preferred temp - it kept returning to the default. Matress is too soft and clumpy.

The place is very clean, comfy, and the staff is always open to help!

It's a bit further away from tourist/central places, so you need to walk in empty places for some time before getting to a place with more people. I don't know how safe that is at night, for example.

Bad

I made a reservation for the weekend. I made the payment online. When I was arriving at the hotel, I received a call telling me the reservation was canceled because they didn't have any rooms available. I mean, they allow payments without availability, and it was already very difficult to find another hotel for the same day.

. Nothing. The is the 2nd H2S I've stayed at that staff was super nice yet ill equipped to offer anything other than words and a drink

They knew we were coming. Our room wasn't cleaned and we weren't allowed In until 415p Had 530p reservations for Ruth's Chris and we had no time to prepare BECAUSE of late check In.

Still one of the best hotels in Vegas for location, parking, less people in hotel & pool

This is my 6th time staying at the hotel and is the only hotel we stay in vegas due to everything I said above but I have noticed that the rooms do need some updating to them, furniture & blinds are getting very dirty or broken. We have a very dirty sofa 1 broken table - 1 broken desk & the black out blind was broken too and dirty.
