Jet Luxury at The Signature Condo Hotel

nothing couldn't even get help from front desk they couldn't even send someone in to clean the room because it was 3rd party and could be charged with trespassing,

I am requesting a full refund for our stay at Jet Luxury Signature hotel in Las Vegas. The conditions were unacceptable. The floors were dirty, and the jet tubs drained discolored water containing residue from jets (skin cells) . The shower still had (DID NOT CLEAN) written from the previous guests, that it was never wiped down. The TV did not function at all, would not change channels or volume could not be turned up or down. my children's room didn't even have a remote. Despite complaints, cleaning only involved changing bed sheets. the picture of the nasty stuff in tub as after I cleaned it 2 times and stuff were still coming out of the jets sticky nasty grim all over counters tables and nightstand in corners dust everywhere The coffee table had old junk in the cracks of the wood that you could scrap off! dust was everywhere, and we found mold in the coffee filter. this was meant to be my son's 21st birthday, we decided to get our own blankets to sleep on because we didn't feel comfortable knowing if they were even cleaned. After the second cleaning attempt, even the walkway was left dirty. the entire stay was distressing. We also do not understand why we got charged an added $200.00 when we arrived at check in for a cleaning deposit off $100 per room and still have not gotten that refund as well.we trust you will issue a full refund, thank you for your understanding.

Private owned property provided a VERY QUIET setting that I loved. Enjoyed spa tub. Large room. Fully staffed kitchen. Very good views from balcony. The front desk was excellent, even though I booked with a private owner. I liked the walk to the MGM for all the good restaurants, shows, and slots.

No housekeeping provided by owner of this unit. The tv needs an upgrade and PLEASE GET A NEW REMOTE. I would stay here again but not through a private party.

This was my first time back in Vegas in over 20+ years. So, the Casinos was not a reason for my visit. I met my college roommates in which I hadn't seen in 40+ years. I really like that there were no slot machines!!! Loved that it was pretty quiet for the most part. Loved the room and the location of the facility.

I didn't like the room wasn't cleaned on a daily basis. Once I asked at the front desk, I understood. It was good to know I could get fresh towels when needed.

Rooms outdated, water not as hot as it could be.

Upscale, private, great views, located near everything

only offered valet parking, stove top malfunctioned and would not turn off. Had to leave on all night since maintenance didn’t come until morning to fix, shower door handle was broken

Room was spacious. 2 Bathrooms. Master bed ok.

- Shower head with mold and leaking. Floor wet.- Sofa bed horrible. Bed sheets dirty and ripped.- No room service at all.

Free valet 24/7 the rooms are beautiful n didn’t hear any of my neighbors

Kitchen range hood is venting indoor. Can't believe, so I paid a "unreason" price to upgrade a room with balcony. The same range hood, and the balcony has a strong BBQ smell.Terrible

The kitchen had everything we need, toaster, stove and refridgerator. You get access to the main pool and private pool, both heated. I would stay here again.

It's minor but it's located in the back of the MGM so it's a bit of a walk to get to Las Vegas Blvd. The gate that gives access to Top golf, the card scanner wasn't working.

The adventure but to far from strip

Not being pacific about the rooms the king size and the hot tub… its a regular bathtub and not what it defines

Took much too long to check out & wait for valet to bring my car up. Close to 1 hour for both to be completed.

Clean and had everything you need, just like your house!

It was great until my guest who stayed on couch bed woke up with bed bug bites.

My guest who stayed on the couch bed woke up with bed bug bites, and we left three dresses and have not heard back from housekeeping regarding the dresses. It's hard to get in touch with a manager to fix the situation.

I love staying here. Everything is accessible. Food casino and the strip also pool and lazy river access. The bed is very comfortable. Nice view tho. Love the balcony.

The first bell guy didn’t help us when we parked. And we were 3 woman, not a gentleman at all. But the second guy who brought our luggage went over and beyond for us. Put our things In the room and was very nice. Also I wish they offered a room with view of the sphere.

Room was spacious and beautiful with a great view. Very clean as well.

Mobile checkout process didn't work for me but it might have been a glitch.

Nice views. Great bright view and a good way to close the doors when it's time to sleep. Enough amenities to be able to enjoy the stay. Friendly staff from Tower 2 and Tower 3. Gym was equipped enough to do the necessary but in fact was a little active to properly workout.

I had a really hard time getting my packages. Most of the time, from the time they said it was delivered on the app (e.g. on Amazon), it could take up to three hours to finally get the parcel in their systems and then get delivered in the room with a charge of $7 USD, which I can understand, but it was really long.The room also could have a proper freezer, because the fridge that is more like a wine cellar didn't have one. And there is also no oven, only a microwave which was great, but if I had to cook something else, I would have to do things differently.

The room was beautiful, spacious and extremely clean with plenty of fresh towels and amenities.It was also very quiet, with great views. Would highly recommend.
