The staff was polite and helpful.

The area, the fact that a card needed to move in with hands full how do you do that with your hands full.

They charge guest $25 for a wash cloth that had stains they felt would not come put if they washed it. $25 dollars!! For a small wash rag!!

Dirty! Breakfast table was a joke, coffee and oatmeal. Nothing else. We left around 7am so I can't imagine they ran out of food by then. The beds had one sheet and a duvet cover with no blanket inside. We were freezing. The kitchenette was dirty.

Check in process was easy.. no hidden cost

Location is in a very sketchy area. This seems to be a living facility for displaced people or people recently returning from rehabilitation. As an adult male i was okay but i would not bring a family or children here. This location could be dangerous.

Beds....weed smell in the rooms...bugs on the floors and walls...no shower curtain...

The manager is the most ingnorent, inexperienced hotel Manger I have ever seen in my travels.sttod there for almost 2 weeks. NOT 1 DAY DID THEY PROVIDE BREAKFAST AS ADVERTISED.MGR SAID TOO BAD. THEY DID NOT GET A DELIVERY, REALLY????

Poorly run hotel, with a new manager.There has been NO BREAKAST FOR MORE THAN A WEEK, FALSE ADERTISING. Twice in a few days a car was broken into in the parking lot and the manager did nothing! And they have a so-called security guard. Find another hot

The hotel was very dirty and even had roaches. I was not given the room I booked originally.

The bed was comfortable; room was spacious, coffee in the lobby in the morning, AC worked well.

This hotel was dirty; trash everywhere-piled in hallways,stairwell; outdoor grounds. Hall carpets stained;elevator broken; Room sink was slow/backed up; room smelled like pot and incense -made me sick.

Grab n go breakfast

Building was needing some updates. Breakfast was coffee, instant oatmeal, muffins and granola bars. Limited staffing.

Close to the hospital. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you . Only one Housekeeper the day we checked in....but she was smiling and did a good job on our room.

Took pups out around 4am and there were several people sleeping in cars and someone sleeping in hotel entry. Made me a little nervous being out there alone with pups.

The shower was not clean abd and had red stuff on the bottom of shower that looked like blood. They changed me to a different room and the shower was not clean either .

Nothing! So dirty.

The lack of cleanliness was applauding! There was some white liquid by the night stand. Nothing was wiped down. Then the worst part we were going to use the pull out sofa for our kids. Pull it out and the mattress was black with mold!!!! We left then!

The staff

The uncleaniness of the rooms, among other things: little toilet paper in bathroom, hair and dried contacts left on the sink, hair left in the shower and on the walls. I changed rooms twice because of prior odors, and the carpet needs a deep shampooing.

The location, the breakfast joint across the street and literally every store is right there on the corners walking distance

Everything about the property was a mess with the exception of the nice staff. Even the lift wasn¿t working and I had to log my bags up the stairs after a crazy busy day! Only to finally get up there and walk into the most miserable hotel room I¿ve slep

Slept enough to fit my family.

Need to clean hallway carpets. Lobby smelt like weed at 9pm.

There was a toilet and the ac worked. That's about it.

Almost everything. It was filthy. The sheets were thin and there was no comforter. The bedding was not even on the pull out bed so we got to see the mattress, which was disgusting and stained and absolutely awful. The breakfast was awful. Never again!

Enough beds for our family, and nice staff.

Old and run-down rooms, smoke smell in hallways, did not feel safe in the location, poor room condition, not a good value for the money spent.
