OYO Oasis Motel Las Vegas I-15

The place is horrible! Roaches all over the musty dark room. I didn't even shower or sleep for that matter, And they had the nerve of keeping my deposit when its a disgusting dump!! Stay far away! Worst stay ever!!

Raggedy looks abandoned. Pictures are not accurate. Check in is a vape smoke shop. Horrible, bathroom was not useable.

We couldn't bathe. The bathtub looked filthy. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling. Drug addicts live there

No room was available. Initially told by staff they had turned away other reservations about om 12/31/24 in Vegas. Older hotel about 80 years old. Renting out small independent rooms to locals. Notice s enter office area "WE do not sell marijuama"

Over 20 pipes for smoking drugs displayed in entry area of motel. Although outside tidy, wonder about cleanliness of hotel. Rent out to locals for long term living. Challenging parking area.

Nothing I could say good about this hotel. Need a serious makeover to the rooms as it?s fairly nasty.

They cancelled the reservation automatically when I reached the property and charged me almost double for again rebooking.

Its dirty with one light bulb and not even a chair or garbage can

Pictures did not add up to the room, I asked for a refund in under 15 minutes within checking in because of how bad the room smelled and how nasty the room was, I went to the front desk to return the key and a refund, never got a refund.

The room was FILTHY! No batteries in the TV remote. Hole in the bathroom wall.

Poor lighting and bed felt like 2 boxsprings stacked on top of each other. Made for a very sleepless night. They did not have our reservation on file. The clerk Was very cold and unfriendly. No plug for tub. Shower curtain dirty. Trash littered court

There was absolutely nothing I liked about this hotel as I checked in it was super grungy and very very dirty reluctantly paid the $20 deposit to get the room key as I parked nearly avoiding construction material in the parking spots I entered the room to

Immediately turn around and go sit in my car to book another hotel room. Once completed I went back to the desk return the key for a $20 refund that I have yet to receive absolutely disgusted with this hotel at the desk wasnt surprised at all when I left

I should have known with the price, but I thought on Las Vegas Blvd that the hotel would be at least good. I am a 76 year old female and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I had to ask for toilet paper, I never got soap.

The TV had only ONE station, I had no seen one this old in 20 years, I had to go to office to ask for bedspread/blanket. The toilet was dirty, the carpet was dirty, & the room reeked of mold. There were only 2 sets of plugs. The tub was dirty-no floormat

Cancel my reservation didn¿t even stay at the place workers that answer the phone were very rude and non-helpful. Ended up staying somewhere else and when going by the place I saw what they were trying to put us in and I would never stay there. Horrible

Horrible for the price

This location was unsafe, unclean, and in a terrible state of disrepair. I need a refund. I contacted customer service on Monday and they said I would receive an email. I have not.

Outside was covered in debris, trash and dirty clothing. The lobby was disheveled, dirty, and smelled like urine. The buildings were in disrepair. I felt unsafe in every way! I called customer service. They said I¿d get an email. I need a refund.

Desk staff was responsive. Shower had hot water.

Key was very difficult to use. Had to lave at night without locking the room because could not get key to work. No coffee. No ice machine. No shampoo. Expect more for $---.

The place was DISGUSTING! non-refundable! Dirty! Falling apart! It was the worse place I have ever stayed in my whole life! Your company should not endorse such a place! I will never be using you guys again ever!

This place is tricking people into thinking it¿s an Oyo hotel when in fact it is a rundown motel. The pics don¿t match at all and should be considered false advertising.
