Everything smells clean and love the security

Pool hours, need to be longer.

Delay with check in, room was not ready, room was not clean

Location, very close to my event. Restaurant had great hours and healthy reasonably priced food selections.

Rooms were dated.

It wasn¿t on the Vegas strip but close enough. This means quiet time when needed!

We had a full wall of curtains but only one window. It was weird.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and engaging. They were not afraid to say Hello or offer their assistance. We were given a free breakfast and drink cards. The room was simple and nice.

No, I thought the hotel was great. Of course I wish it was closer to the action, but the walk was easy.

What I liked best about the hotel was the cleanliness and the staff. The location was great too !

Hotel renovations being done. Some amenities not available Disappointing for the rate. Airport shuttle would be good On-site Enterprise car rental personnel were not very helpful Rented online even though I was in their office

It doesn¿t have a casino and the bar closes at midnight; so there aren¿t drunks roaming the halls all night. Yet it is a short walk to many of the major casinos like Caesars and Bellagio.

Just off the strip and staff was very friendly.

Room was basic and dated for price.

I always check for cleanliness of the bathroom 1st. This one exceeded expectations. Very quiet, clean and polite. Hard to find these days. Definitely recommend. From California

Great location for walking to the strip. The staff is very nice and helpful friendly.

The only problem I had was my tub wasn¿t clean

I booked a king sized bed, and the registration person put me in two queens. I went down to the lobby the young man took care of that problem right away. So I got to the room, the bed was a king but disappointed that there wasn’t a bath tub. Sad!

Cleanliness and updated rooms. Classy ambiance and quiet.

The sound levels from the other rooms, the hallway, and the outside we are unacceptable. It was so loud all night long that it was impossible to sleep. I stayed the night before a 6am flight and it was not worth the money. I will never return here.

the bathroom on room the grout was duty had a lot of black spots and that felt like the bath tub tile on the wall was not very clean and the carpet was not very clean they had a lot o trash found on the carpet from the prior guest not good for the price

front desk staff was so kind, even tho customers became angry/yelling. Location great”liked being off Strip Bc kids with us, yet short walk away. Dining and bar staff also terrific! Would stay here again Bc staff tried so hard to make stay a good one

went to check in @ 3pm and were told computers were down. Were not able to check in until 4 HOURS LATER! That is excessive esp since we had only 1 night in LV. They tried to make bad situation good - gave free drinks, breakfast & refunded resort fee

Extremely clean hotel and nice staff.

The beds are just a little small but I guess it is a full size bed.

Conference facilities ok--although weak wifi. As a result streaming webinar was blotchy

- Rooms felt like motel rooms - Restaurant food was blah (empty restaurant) - Toiletries below Westin standard - Slow elevators - Felt like a remodeled motel with Westin logo on top

The resort fee. We should be told ahead if time about this ridiculous fee. I was only there to sleep.

Large comfortable bed. Refrigerator in room. Very friendly staff.
