Residence Inn by Marriott Las Vegas Convention Center

Although an older (built 30 yrs ago) location, was well-maintained. Room was spacious, clean and secure. Grounds were well-maintained as well. Included breajfast was pretty decent. Location across from Convention Center Monorail stop was excellent.

Clean room with nice furnishings.

Had to pay for parking. To go breakfast was very disappointing. Showtime On Demand not working properly.

I liked the fact that I could cook meals and that kitchen was stocked with pretty much all of the things I needed.

Cold water was off in kitchen. The door had what looked like a bag of dirty diapers in front of it for the 2days we were there and house keeping did not pick it up.

Stay there for one night after arriving late biplane. Was a great place to stay for a family at an affordable rate. The buffet was one of the best I have encountered at a hotel in a long time. Did not use any of the other amenities before checking out

Nice staff. Breakfast was pretty good. Spacious room and bathroom.

Room had an odd smell to it and the pool area was under maintenance when we were there.

The staff went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND expectations and truly assisted me when I was in a tough bind with a few situations unrelated to the hotel. I have utmost gratitude for the front desk, the manager, and the maintenance!

Proximity to public transportation and close to the strip. Nice large rooms.

Needed to go to hotel next door to use (a very small) fitness center. Rooms are very spread out over several small buildings, instead of one tall building.

Friendly staff and great free breakfast!! Also loved having a full kitchen.

Check in staff was very kind and helpful, and the room was very nice and spacious! The hotel is also right by the monorail, which was perfect. We stayed on New Years Eve, and having that so close was wonderful!

It was clean and very well kept.

It said that parking was free and when we got there they told me that we had to pay for the parking. I told them that it said that the parking was free. They didn't charge me but it would have been quite expensive for us to park there.

They need to open gates lyft and Uber cannot pick us up, the property is to big to always have to walk to front desk to get picked up

Location and amenities

Yes, twice during our stay, the alarm went off and one was at 2 am in the morning. This kind of thing should not happen, let alone twice.

Large comfortable rooms. Good breakfast variety. Pool open until 11pm. Excellent housekeeping.

the front desk clerk was not rude but certainly did not seem to want to go out of her way to provide excellent customer service.
