room window didn't open and no security locks in rooms.

The vanity was outside the bathroom, which was very convenient. The rooms were okay clean - chairs were dirty and we didn't use them.

Smoke filled gambling area which you need to go through to get to the elevators. No other option - at least we couldn't find any other option. None of us smoke and so this was a dreadful thing every time we came out and went in. Will not go back again.

I get cold when I sleep I was told they did not offer blankets. If your were cold maybe turn on the hea, I was not the only one in the room. Telling me to turn on the heat was pretty ignorant.

The staff was rude, I found a cockroaches the size of a steak fry, I was charged for smoking when I booked a smoking room, I was double charged. This was my wedding trip and this hotel was awful

Smell of smoke mainly and older finishes (cracking and stains).

The staff was friendly.

That there were only 2 tiny pillows for the bed and 2 towels and we were there for 3 nights and no one came into the room to do any cleaning or give us new towels.

Basic room with torn curtains, and carpet that was scary dirty after walking on them with white Sox

The cleaning staff entered my room and we was not checked out yet. Had about 1 hr left before check out.

I think because we took a smoking room, we got the old rooms which were just that, old, worn and kinda yukk. No microwave. Had to call for an ice bucket, then they called back to say we had to pick it up, they would not deliver it to us.

Room was clean lots of room a fridge and bed and pillows were comfortable and clean

Shower head not great does hv nice hot water but shower head hardly works

Our clean towels in our non smoking room were not soft and smelled like cigarette smoke.

My bathroom was infested with roaches. I went to take a shower and was unable to with all the roaches.

Nothing. There was nothing positive about this hotel. The location was terrible. The cleanliness was terrible. I would give all of the ratings zero if it was possible.

This hotel was filthy. Housekeeping service only happens the second night on according to them, but they never came. We had to buy our own blankets because the lack of supply. There is a coffee maker, but no coffee, no cups, no supplies. terrible hotel.
