    • The noise from the strip was so loud in the room, they need better quality windows. Poor food options at the Cromwell, but it didn't matter too much since everything is withing walking distance.
    • The room was very outdated and the lightening was dim, also the sink flooded the first day, and the furniture of the room was very damaged and peeled away and no one seemed to care, there was also a ductape on the floor! very unacceptable.

    The location

Showed up after 7pm. The flight was delayed and my room was not ready tell almost midnight. They had another king room but would not comp me that room. So i couldint even freshen up before going out. Absolutly stupid. Plus the rooms are not worth it.

    Very friendly staff

The cold water tap fix not work in the bathroom, we paid for a king size bed and got a queen.

    Small and good location

The room was a little too dark

Location and decor of the room

Rooms are noisy, you can hear traffic on the strip. The pool is not owned or managed by the hotel. They would not let us go to the pool unless we paid an additional $100 per person, due to a concert.

    5LametraPosted on: 3-30-2024

I love the location. It was right in the middle of the strip. However the hotel itself is overrated. Definitely need a microwave and refrigerator for the price

How loud the music is at night

The location was great, it was in the middle of the strip so easy walking to pretty much all the places we wanted to go. The staff was super kind and welcoming.

The room was not very clean, and looked like it's not maintained well (dents, scratches, and chips in random places). There was dust everywhere. The floors were dirty. The curtains were broken. The HVAC was not cold enough. Rust on the bathroom ceiling.

Location and Craig the bellman. He greeted us at the door and took us up to our room after showing us all the resort history offer. We arrived at our room and it was not totally cleaned. He took us to another room but it reaked of marijuana. He got us a

Housekeeping only came to our room once during a 4 night stay. We asked them to come and clean our room and empty our garbage but they never showed up.

Location of hotel, style of room and friendliness of staff were great.

We were placed right by the staff cleaning location, very noisy early morning. Each day woken up with loud banging noises. All was ckean except floor of room was filthy, dusty, with food and crumbs from previous guests.

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-6-2023

Close proximity and very excellent, professional, and friendly staff.

The fact there was no refrigerator to chill drinks and food.

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-25-2023

The staff at this hotel were phenomenal, especially Craig the bellhop. Everyone was friendly, accommodating and nice. The room however was underwhelming. It was pretty beat up and not very clean at all. The room was very noisy because of the nightclub.

Needs to be repaired/remodelled. Definitely needs better cleaning practices. Good location but not many amenities in the hotel. Pictures online looked beautiful but overall, underwhelming in person. Really great staff though.

    Location on the strip.

We selected a room with a king bed but got two queens because the hotel was overbooked. We were compensated with a $50 food and drink voucher that was good an number of locations on and off the hotel property (other Caesar's location).

    6MichaelPosted on: 5-29-2023

    The location was excellent.

No amenities like a spa /gym, needs more restaurants, no shuttle services, and needs a ride share pickup area.

    7StaciePosted on: 5-28-2023

    Location is amazing!

Room was not cleaned well when we checked in. There was still trash under the dressers and sofa. On the day we checked out, we didn't have any hot water.

    1RicaPosted on: 4-27-2023

The room was very dark and creepy, not clean, and the shower was rusty and kept flooding. I will never stay here again!

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-12-2023

It was within a short distance from major tourist attractions.

The Cromwell Hotel when we checked in asked for another $52 which I paid with my debit card. The asked for $100 refundable for security. When we were checking out they asked for another $200. I asked for what? Then we left because we were going to be

The aesthetics of the property is great! The colors are warm and inviting. The shower is amazing and the location is top

The hotel is extremely loud and unsettling. If you're not looking to relax, then this probably won't bother you as much. My room was kinda dirty- which is strange because you can literally smell the cleaning products being used.

    8ChristlPosted on: 12-26-2022

Love the location for fun things to do... we went to see Adele, and so we walked over to The Forum, also close to the ziplining and the High Roller.

The rooms are a bit too dark. When things would drop on the floor, could hardly see them to pick them up. The see-through shower thing was weird too, made me not want to shower with my mom there. The only other thing was the parking was awkward.
