Staff and breakfast

My room smelled musty / funky, dog barking in 305

I like being able to get a good cup of coffee and some breakfast without having to leave the hotel.

I know this might be petty, but there were no cups in the room, nor a notepad and pen to jot down info.

Too close to the freeway

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to a medical facility that we needed to access early the next morning. It being a Hampton Inn, we knew that it would work well. Our first floor room was ideal for us, and the hotel was quiet.

The hotel could use a bit of updating. Small signs of wear and tear haven’t been attended to. The breakfast area was very adequate concerning seating, but very inadequate re: the size of the food area.

the cleanliness but you have to insist to have housekeeping clean your room daily because they only offer to do it every other day.

the check-in staff was subpar! Able to pull up my reservation but was told that it wasn't paid yet even when it was already fully paid. After much insistence, it eventually "went through" after several attempts.

Clean, quiet, great staff, good breakfast, super comfortable beds.

Nice place, very satisfied with the room and hotel. Breakfast had a nice assortment to choose from, including fresh fruit.

Only one place to eat close enough to walk to.

It was a great stay. Everyone was very professional and great customer service. The room was clean and in order with all the things we needed. Breakfast was on point. It was a great one night stay and next time we come out to Vegas we will book again ¿Â

Could use some shaded area by the pool but this didn't stop us from using the pool. Just a suggestion.

Rooms are clean - hotel was reasonably quiet - breakfast was great including the friendly staff! All around quality experience. Have made a reservation for next week again. ( Contractors flooded our home so we are in hotels for a month!)

Location can be noisy at night with medivac helicopters but it's not every night.

Clean, comfy bed, felt safe being there.

My bed made a metallic noise every time I got on it or off. Room 250

Prior to my flight, a Hampton staff member called and left a voicemail sharing that "a room was not available" and that I would NOT have a room that evening. I tried repeatedly to reach front desk manager, who chose to not to follow up.

1. Front desk staff was inattentive. 2. Booked a standard King, received a handicap room 3. Expected to be far from the strip, that was planned. This location isn't convenient, unless you're going to the medical center. 4. The neighborhood isn't too ni

Great breakfast, clean, overall quiet

It was extremely clean. Their breakfast choices were great, considering I have a food allergy. I found a great breakfast every day.

It was clean and that means a lot. However. Hot breakfast has everything and is above average. Clean clean clean nice pillows and bedding and towels. Close to Summerlin.

Just the bed base made a metal sound every once in a while. But two people were on it.

Location, cleanliness, convenience

Someone broke glass by the pool and it had to be closed for a day while the glass was cleaned up.

Besides the location, it was very clean, quiet, and everything I needed was in close proximity. I will be staying there again my next visit to Las Vegas.
