Hilton Grand Vacations Club Flamingo Las Vegas

Lots of room, full kitchen, floor & bed were clean.

The hotel was in a great location, convenient to the strip. It was smoke-free with no casino so that was a plus. It was a nice refuge to get away from the mail of the Vegas strip. Very quiet, clean and spacious room! I would definitely recommend!

Broken toilet paper dispenser. Icemaker in refrigerator didn?t work. Outlet and phone charger on nightstand was broken. Toilet flushes unbelievably loud. Exterior hallway door very hard to open.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the staff was so friendly. They give you vouchers for water, which is nice because the tap water has a weird taste.

It would be nice if the market was open later, but there was at least a vending machine for sodas down the hall

Everything was lovely. We were located in the middle of everything and the staff was impeccable.

Our room had issues with the ice maker. It never made ice, and the ice we put in it melted the next morning. We dropped the temperature and selected the ice maker, but it just never did make any.

The hotel room and space was excellent. The pool view was incredible.

Check in from the beginning was a problem. We had room keys that had no access, multiple of times the door entrance key/elevator key access was not working, and the room at check in time was not ready and we had children that were impatient.

Good location next to the Flamingo. It generally met Hilton's reputation. It was nice to get away from the crowded casino hotels. The private pool/jacuzzi was great to have when there were no available chairs at the Flamingo and the pool was heated.

They were doing construction early in the morning above our room. The management could have been a little more accommodating given the situation. It's a shame because without that part of the experience I'd have nothing bad to say.

Lovely rooms, spacious, staff was friendly and knowledgeable

Everyting honestly but I really enjoyed that they upgraded me at no charge and I arrived early and they had a room for me as soon as I arrived. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the stay was excellent. I even had a washer and dryer in my room.

No. I liked everything. If I could I would give this place an 11 out of 10. This is a hidden gym in the heart of Vegas.

Cleaning staff came too late in the day - we left the room every morning by 9am and returned around 4:30 to discover twice the room had not been serviced.

The location, its not on the strip or on any busy roads so its nice and quite when your done for the day.

Just the right spot at the right price.Five minute walk to the strip - one block from the Strip but you walk through the Flamingo Hotel through the back pool entrance and once you exit the Flamingo Hotel, you see Ceasar's Palace and the Ballagio across the street so it does feel like perhaps the best place to be on the strip. Also, five minute walk to High Roller entrance and just next to a Monorail stop. Comfy bedsGood shower and nice big bathtub.Dark bedroom room with lamps but lounge/kitchen area is lighter. Full length mirror provided in bedroom (always so appreciated for those of us who don't like jumping on the bed to see what we look like in our dress!).Excellent lighting around bathroom mirror to apply makeup.Kitchen fully equipped - large fridge/dishwasher/microwave/oven... Plus good space for bench top seating (comfy bar stools are more like chairs than bar stools). Proper doors between kitchen/lounge area and bedroom/bathroom area. Friendly helpful staff.Water bottles provided daily.Room made up daily. Very quiet at night- no outside or other room noise.$27 Uber fare to airport to hotel/$18 Uber fare return to Airport - Pick up and drop off are at the Flamingo Hotel roundabout so this can be confusing.

Uber pickup was not in front of hotel but rather to the side entrance.

Updated room, private pool and cleanliness. Staff was amazing.

Loud music from 10am - 6pm everyday from flamingo DJ. Louder as the day went on and was extremely unpleasant.

Excessively loud music from the pool party of the neighboring Flamingo hotel - every day almost the whole day. No breakfast opportunities in the hotel.
