Horseshoe Las Vegas Hotel & Casino - A Caesars Rewards Destination

Room was over all clean and the location is excellent.

Halls, carpet and a few things seemed outdated and need to be refreshed but nothing outrageous.

Location

The fountain view was not a fountain view. I paid extra for this and they blocked in front of it for a f1 race. Saw 3 spirts of water reach over the barrier.

No bed bugs

Sucks. Dont even have fitted sheets lol. Takes 15 minute walk to get to the street.

Nice room nice hotel

Floor could have been cleaner in the bathroom and toilet seat needs to be tightened. Parking was not easy. Hard to maneuver through parking garage. Parking structure was hard to find. Check-in lines were long and barely moving.

LOCATION

Resort fee is outrageous, and check in 30 minutes early i was charged $20.00. How can they charge $12.00 for coffee and $9.00 for a pastry!!!!

Location was great

The hotel is not a 4 star hotel. Maybe a 2.5 or 3 star. It's needs a renovation. The room had a funny smell. The carpet was buckling.

Great location in the middle of the strip

I tried to check in at 3:45pm but they said it would be $20 early check in fee because check in was in 15 min at exactly 4pm. I had waited 30 min at that point and when I went back to the end of the line, it was an additional 30 min wait

The room itself, including the bed and shower, was four star.

My room very far from elevator & ice machine, but worse, I was on dog floor and made several complaints beginning at 9 PM re: barking dog. Mgmt didn’t address my noise complaint and were overall rude. Pool not great & very far from elevator tower!

Minimum to none decoration, floor is dirty, and the air vent were full of dust

The $54 a day resort fees. The $20 dollar a day parking, and the fact they have no coffee maker or amenities in the room. Just $9.99 a cup coffee down stairs at a no name coffee shop.

The location- Very centrally located on the strip. It was nice that it was connected to the Paris which is a much newer and nicer hotel.

Hotel is older and showing signs of wear..needs updating. Don't like how the elevators immediately exit you into the casino-for peope with allergies to smoke this was not fun!

I had a very bad experience with an Employee . She was at the counter at hotel reservation. She was very rude and not helpful…

Location is great!

Smoking inside. I and my daughter have allergies and asthma… smoking is allowed everywhere!

The location is amazing. Dead center strip and so easy to get to. Security was awesome and very helpful. Housekeeping was great and friendly.

It's so dirty and run down. Trash everywhere. The room next to us played loud music through a speaker/boombox and the front desk said they didn't handle that. Security did talk to them, but we had to call multiple days in a row.
