Courtyard by Marriott Las Vegas Convention Center

I loved the cleanliness of the room and the courteousness of the staff.

I was not happy with the pool. Basic and not heated. Also no hot tub.

No microwave in room

Location! Off the strip. No resort fee. Quiet place to relax while in town on business. Staff were very friendly & accommodating.

Very bland...there was a $10 parking fee that was not mentioned. It was not horrible but definitely not what you would expect from a Las Vegas venue with 4 stars.

The arm on the security gate didn't work. It was up the whole time we were there. Didn't understand why we had to pay for parking if the lot is not secure.

The early and smooth check-in was excellent. It took all of maybe 2 minutes. Also, I appreciate that they don't charge a "refundable" deposit. That refundable deposit is just a "room charge" magnet. Also, the lobby-computer access was great.

Nothing really. Using an "economic elasticity" model, you might be more profitable if you lowered your "snack-alcohol-food" bar prices.

The room was clean well-maintained quiet. The hotel is very nice staff was very friendly.

One addition serve breakfast

Great location in a nice quiet area. Room was spotless and smelled nice and fresh upon arrival, not overdosed with air freshener like a lot of cheaper hotels tend to do. Parking is secure and I LOVED that the rooms have their own private balconies.

It was nice being able to use the hot tub and sauna at the Residence Inn. I also liked having the parking lot access restricted to guests only.

This hotel is very outdated. It could use a major remodel.

The coffee maker was broken, we requested an replacement and the assistance showed up within few minutes, fast service, polite. We really like that.

balcony could have been cleaner, it wasn't dirty but lokked like no one has cleaned for 1-2 weeks.

cleanliness was sub par. Halls need to be swept, thick dust layer on carpet around edges of room.

The room was very small, I requested a 2 bed, and I was refused, I was given a very small room with only 1 bed and a sofa bed with a very thin mattress. After my two day mini vacation I went home with back pain. Most likely I won't recommend or go back.

Attendant who checked me in was very nice and helpful, the location was right across the street from the monorail station with access to the strip while staying off the strip.

This hotel had energy controls on the ac unit, so even tho I had it turned down it would turn off without movement in the room. Fine during the day when out, but at night sleeping I wanted it to stay on and keep my room cooler.

Loved the Free parking, Free Internet & NO extra fees. The rooms were in great condition & well decorated. Walking distance to strip.

Wished they had free hot drinks in the lobby and something small for breakfast.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had great decor. The bed and pillows were comfortable
