Uber and other delivery options not let in the gate. Used uber several times and had to walk to the front security gate in the heat.

Jacuzzi wasn’t no very clean. And paper candy in the floor, also guess was smoking weed right outside my door,

Room not ready until 4pm. Checkout too early 10AM. Safe did not work but they did fix it.

The jacuzzi was dirty, had so many hairs from the last person and it had dry soap on it.

Beautiful property.

The music being played all day on the speakers. It's fine by the pool but not right outside your room.

Comfortable living while having a baby along for the trip! Having a refrigerator and kitchen was so helpful. The community was peaceful and friendly. Not far from the Las Vegas Strip, either! Would absolutely book again!

Our Jacuzzi tub jets didn't work, unfortunately.

The room setup with washer was a plus.

They had alot of hidden fees. Very unprofessional. Very eager to cause stress during the stay. Manipulator. Not enough staff. No real receipts during checkout. No explanation of resort fee when you check in. Never ever ever booking at this location again.

Location, not too far off the I-15

We arrived 4 hours after making the reservation to a guarded gate where they would not let us enter. They said our name was not on the list and told us to come back in an hour. We refused and turned our car off and sat there until they let us in.

Great, friendly and helpful staff. Hot Tub and parking were appreciated amenities.

If road noise bothers you, call for a place in the back. We could hear road noise in the front, but it didn?t bother us.

Room was comfy, customer service was excellent, and the gated community added safety

Full kitchen and Utensils provided. Spacious living room and 2 TV sets even!

Pretty Gardens, quiet, great room for families that stay a while (full kitchen!)

No restaurant, no bar, medium size pool

The location is off strip and the local homeless that are near the location and in the nearby stores

The room was gorgeous and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Front desk upgraded our room and provided excellent service.

The ice machine wasn't working 8n the freezer, the sink needed drain. And the tv's wasn't working
