Nothing major

No resort fee. I was only staying one night to sleep and it was the most reasonably priced hotel with at least 7+ star user reviews.

Area is so so and I needed to call an after hours number to heck in after 9pm, but that is understandable being a smaller hotel.

Met all my needs. They even held my bags for an hour after checkout.

I couldn't get the TV to work, but I also didn't ask for help.

The location was sketchy. The box spring/frame on the bed was broken so the bed squeezed-loud. Dont like that the ¿fees¿ are as much an the room rate.

I liked the location, the price, the rooms and the pool.

The staff was in cahoots together, lying several times, including the female manager. They smoked in a location that went in my room. I was ignored & treated with distain by the long haired white male after I asked them not to smoke there. He was arrogant

They tried to say I cancelled my booking. There were no linens or towels in the 1st room provided. No housekeeping after hours, office closed at night. License plate stolen from my car. There is much more as I'll be contacting the NV Attorney General.

It was the most horrible place weve ever stayed at.....

Pictures not at all like hotel. No continental breakfast as promised. Dirty. Maid service only every 3 days. Felt very unsafe. Do not stay here. Abandoned buildings all around.

Parking is congested, inconvenient, and not enough.

needs better pillows & i wanted to lay arround and go swiming in the afternoon but the pool water was dirty

clean cosy and affordable. close to circus2x, stratosphere and fashionshow mall. :)

location. its a bit far from the middle of the strip. if going to belagio or aria it will take 20 to 30mins walk.

Friendly staff. The room was clean and the hotel was in a quiet area.

It was clean and didn't charge a resort fee. It's one of the only hotels in the city that doesn't charge a resort fee.

It's next to a giant parking lot where homeless people live.

The breakfast, the quiet location, the staff, the pool, pretty much everything. The coffee was amazing!

Just a bit far to walk to the end of the strip (MGM).

The staff was great-very kind and courteous. The location was close enough to the Strip to make it easily accessible but not so close that you could hear the ruckus going on all night.

Breakfast was all carbohydrates. No fruit or yogurt available.

It's clean, and conveniently located to the Peppermill, which is great when you arrive hungry!

Everything else. Unfortunately, I found the staff service to merely be adequate, and later when I found I had left a scarf in my room, they were not only unhelpful, but actually scornful, accusatory, and rude. This is the manager I'm talking about.

There is free breakfast (bagels, cereal, toast). The staff are friendly and accomodating, and the room was clean and spacious (w/ 2 beds). If you are in Vegas for the Convention Center, then the location is great! One block from the strip.

There was damage in the bathroom wall. No conditioner or lotion provided.

This hotel was nicer than some 2 star hotels I have stayed at.

It was next to some vacant lots in a seemingly run down area, but we had no issues.

The rooms were really big and the location to the strip was great.

Breakfast was bagels and cereal, nothing nutritious. The water pressure in the shower blasted us. There was no elevator. The bed sheets were stained and the room smelled like a nail salon. The pillows/mattress were old and hard and the decor was tacky.
