Yes they stole my money after having me use my credit card for a deposit when I checked out they said that I dirty their towels and charged my card $145 and the $100 deposit talk to me rudely on the phone and said so what they already got the money

It was evident that the room had been refreshed. The location was excellent

hotel was misrepresented stated there was a pool. No it was being remodeled without stating such. Hotel advertised breakfast. No, Breakfast limited to yogurt, a pastry, juice, and milk. Several customers commented there wasn’t coffee. TV wasn’t hooked up

Not crowded

There was a weird smell one you enter, there were a ton of roaches. The rooms were dirty. They charged me 50$ for nothing.

Location and parking

The room that we stayed in should never have been rented, it was disgusting. If it wasn’t so late and I could have found another room with trailer parking I would have never stayed.

Breakfast

The staff would Not help us w/our none working TV. We went to the front desk twice. We also had a dripping leak in the bathtub facet. There was a dirty sock on the floor from the previous folks worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed

Staff was friendly and professional. Excellent morning breakfast!

There were really no good restaurants nearby.

It was quiet, clean and great staff

The breakfast was good. The staff was polite. The room was clean.

The room was very cold. The heater blows cold air, and even if it worked, it was so loud that we couldn't sleep with it on anyway.

proximity to event I was attending

Hotel is not up to Holiday Inn Express standards. Very dated and property not well maintained. This was what I expect from Super 8 or Quality Inns. I would drive 20 miles not to stay in this location.

I liked that it was easy to get to without having to drive through Vegas.

The bathroom tile was all cracked. When you walked on it you could feel it moving beneath your feet. Then there were big stains all over the floor of the room.

Breakfast was great. Staff was actually very kind and helpful.

Bathroom door did not lock. We felt like we weren¿t completely safe from theft. We arranged this hotel to get away from the downtown casino atmosphere which was accomplished.

we got locked out of my room for 3 hourscause the keycard is not working and theres no maintenance availavle on site,and we didnt get to go to as i plan.

Easy access.

The thermostat would not go beyond 68 degrees. The room was cold.

Room was way too warm. Staff said heat was on so cooling could not be on also. Would have been helpful to have a fan. At least the window opened, which was horrid on NYE as it was very loud outside.

Front Desk Clerk was overwhelmed, but tried her best

Dirty carpets in lobby, slowest elevator ever, torn screens in window, poor breakfast offerings¿.there was no food, side doors would not work with your key. Won¿t ever stay here again.

the front desk was extremely helpful. The location was perfect, quiet and away from the strip. This hotel was perfect for a family passing through Vegas.

The breakfast

Towels were so old and frayed they ripped as I used them. Marks in the room where repairs might have been made. No laundry bag, no extra blankets, pillows or anything. It was rather old and run down. Felt very skimpy and unlike the Holiday inn used to.

I asked for a room on the third floor but got on on the second beneath noisy children running around incessantly. Hotel security did NOTHING ABOUT IT. What crappy service! NOT worth your time. Nellis is TOO FAR AWAY from Vegas! :(

Service. When the tv in our room was not working we were moved to another larger room.

It accepted pets. Also, when checking out, the manager asked about our experience. When I shared our disappointment, he offered a credit to help correct the experience. I really appreciated this offer.

We came in late evening and were given a wheelchair accessible room. As a result of the equipment and it¿s condition, we were unable to shower. When asking for another room, we were told that was it. The third floor also needed carpeting - very dirty.
