    Pros +

    • The view and the jacuzzi tub in the room was the best part.
    • We stayed for a week and truly enjoyed one of the most stunning views in Las Vegas, if not worldwide. The studio was comfortable and spacious, with plenty of workspace. Its location was ideal for us this time - just a 10-minute drive from the Strip and near Chinatown. Communication with the host was excellent, and there were no annoying resort fees. With so many options in Vegas, this stands out as one of the very best.
    • I love the property. It was very cozy. Very nice staff. I love the 1 bedroom. The bathroom was everything! The view was breathtaking. The balcony.

    Cons -

    • The host RJ said in the email that check in would be after 3. We did not get checked in until 6:15pm. Room was dirty with last guests or somebody?s boxer briefs still in the room. Very very disappointed. Will not stay there or recommend to anyone else.
    • The highly chlorinated water in Vegas caught us by surprise this time. We mostly stayed in wellness suites at MGM hotels before, where they mitigate the chlorine at the endpoint, so we forgot how harsh it is.
    • They could have accommodated us with the room, while you two worked out details.

They would not let me in my room after showing proof I had paid you, because you gave wrong code. I had to pay full price out of pocket. You owe me a refund.

They could have accommodated us with the room, while you two worked out details.

What I didn't like is the Booking didn't make my reservation with the hotel and take me about 2 hours and 4 phone calls so that you guys make it work

Location great, good value for the money but you have to add about $15 - $20 for getting to the strip with taxi or Uber, room spacious, great view, small kitchen, option to cook and make breakfast

there was no information online that the pool closed for the season, the furniture was very worn out also the mattress needs to be replaced, fan and light in bathroom did not work, long walk through the Casino to get to the main hotel

The location and the security of it all was great and above all an amazing view from the rooms balcony

I know I rented a private property but didn’t look like it was clean properly before my arrival on the second morning I found old gum stuck to the desk next to the bed. I love where I was my view and balcony. It could have just been cleaner. I had to sweep and wipe things down with colorox wipes on my vacation. I don’t mind paying for anything just need to be clean I’m very big of cleanliness.

I booked my reservation 6 hrs prior to arriving as I show up the front desk says they dnt have my reservation after being charged. I had to book at another hotel due to the inconveniences! Never again booking through the booking app

The beautiful environment and the strip view

There was no bathing soap in the bathroom, I requested from the cleaning staff but didn’t get it

    10gabriellePosted on: 7-29-2024

i loved the location close to the strip but also a still a perfect distance, the spa tub had to be my most favorite part about the whole stay, they had appliances stove, top dishwasher, even a mini fridge for your drinks. This place was very comfortable. The bed was very nice and the pillows were my favorite.

    we liked everything

The property is close to the strip

We were mislead.. the room we booked is privately owned. There was no housekeeping and the room wasn’t clean upon check in… housekeeping staff after taking a $300 deposit didn’t want to clean the room or hot tub. After several complaints they sent someone to clean the room which he barely did! I took multiple pics and videos and will contacting Corporate if a portion of my money isn’t refunded after all of the lies and games. We had to buy towels, which is something I’ve never had to do! The jacuzzi that is listed doesn’t work and no one came to fix it after the owner lied stating that someone would… the room is overpriced for the amenities available and I warn anyone booking this location to FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! There are nice rooms in Vegas for much cheaper. We booked this room solely because it had a jacuzzi and it didn’t even work! Save your money and put it to better use!
