Room, staff, location was perfect for my stay

Nothing, everyone was great

Our favourite place to stay in Vegas! Location is convenient and we love to hang out at the pool area during the day

The pool should have a kids only and the other adults. Not sure if the grime in the pool around the edge has ever been clean kind of disgusting.

The wake up call was off , the phone in my room ringed 4 hours earlier, the front desk wanted to charge me more room charges. The mediocrity of some of the staff is very implant

Not crowded, nice pool.

Would be nice to have the coffee bar earlier in the morning and for longer period of time. Would be nice if the shuttle would have 2 drop off locations on the strip.

Great off strip hotel with spacious rooms and kitchenette. The pool was great. It?s a great option for families and close enough to the strip.

Wish there was a cooking range in the kitchen.

The Staff and Pool made this vacation great

I had a two bed room the beds were small but comfortable, There is a big square decor that goes from the floor to the roof that took alot of space from room

The pool area was a big surprise. There were multiple pools and hot tubs a fire pit and a bare and grill. It was very relaxing and fun for the kids

Very friendly staff, microwave, kitchenette with nice dishes, coffee and coffemaker, large luxurious room nicely accommodated, and great location made for a 5 star experience at a 3 star price.

Amenities...complimentary coffee..drinks...Octoberfest...pool area was lovely...loved having a lifeguard.

Shower water pressure...trickle....Would have liked a full breakfast included instead of having to go out and find one every day.

Space of the room.

The Carpets felt like the fibers were sticking together. There was hair in the silverware drawer.

Size of the suite and the splash pad were fantastic

Nice facility, clean, close to strip but far enough away( easy cheap lyft ride). Huge room, comfortable bed., even had a kitchen.

Room was a little too warm and couldn't lower the air conditioning temperature.

The complimentary valet and helpful concierge services were excellent. The property has a luxurious look and feel throughout, and the studios are large and very spacious, making the stay comfortable and relaxing.

There’s no housekeeping during the stay unless you pay a surprisingly high $70 fee. The room also didn’t have an electric kettle for hot water, and no complimentary bottled water was provided.

The pool and grill were awesome

The sales pitch was not a great experience the guy was really rude and started an argument with my partner. Made the stay there feel very uncomfortable. We had already told him four times we did not want to attend the sales pitch that he kept trying and kept trying trying and wouldn’t take no for an answer and then proceeded to be rude and ask why we even bothered staying there.In my opinion, very unprofessional.

There wasn't a restaurant at this location only a bar cabaña.

A restaurant would have been good instead of having to travel to get food. Additionally the cabana was only open until early evening. The pool area didn't have any fans and should have some type of cooling system in Las Vegas. It was odd that the fireplace was lit,,,,

Nothing. I was not able to stay at the property due to the way I was treated at check-in.

I was denied accommodation despite having a confirmed reservation by the on-duty manager, Cameron.Manager Cameron refused to provide an ADA-accessible room and explicitly stated that my disability “does not matter.”I was treated in a discriminatory, hostile, and intimidating manner by manager Cameron.At Cameron’s direction, security was instructed to monitor and follow me until I left the property.No reasonable accommodation was offered at any point.The stay never started, yet charges were processed.This was one of the worst and most discriminatory hotel experiences I have ever had.
